The speed of which she changes her mind is astounding to me. She went from "I hate this house" to "this is the best thing I've ever made in the sims" back to "I f*cking hate this" within the span of 10 seconds
I'd be amused to see if the rest of the simmers could manage something. Simsie has shell challenges. Plumbella could have dots challenges. edit: I looove the conversation pit. I'm lowkey rabid about having one in my own home.
I was baptised catholic and not really religious anymore but according to my mum ‘Lord of the Dance’ was my Nan’s favourite hymn and I find it so strange that even though I never met her hearing it reminds me of her and let’s me miss her in my own way-so I at least have something to thank hymns for :)
I think this is the best build you’ve ever done, it really pushed boundaries and kept you on edge with different challenges in each room. It turned out really good and was a pleasure to watch! Love the hair by the way!
The way that I heard 2 lines of Lord of the Dance and proceeded to sing the entire rest of the song XD I've not been in school nearly 15 years, it's so ingrained (our assemblies were always morning though)
okay but the note at 3:59 is so relatable bc I had to buy special cotton-based Apple Watch bands bc I was allergic to the normal one and it made my wrist break out in rash ❤
THANK YOU FOR UPLOADING THAT TO THE GALLERY!!!! it’s such a perfect 70’s vibe and with a little bit of renovations to the walls and stuff it could look like a completely normal house that wasn’t from this challenge! thank you thank you thank you
It all came together in the end! Except well for the floorplan... having the only bathroom in the Nancy Wheeler inspired bedroom haha. Still, this is such a pretty build for something so totally random.
Jessie, you have no idea how much ur conversation pit couch inspired me like it’s so cute and fun! but fr you are so real for not showing yourself build it because I wanted try to make my own in my build because of you and oh my god did I scream over trying to make it what I wanted and functional- the struggle was real but it was worth it!
I love you out here proving that I would choose to live in any house you create cause you really are my favorite builder and the chaos in this one is real haha
you always say you're not a builder but i finally started watching other simmers and you're absolutely my favorite builder! so fun and creative and it still looks amazing.
Love the blonde!! Great video. Also this is for Niki, amazing job! I'm a Hairdresser also so I know colour corrections/going dark to light aren't always smooth sailing, great work!
LOVED singing religious choral music in choir. Singing with other people is so joyful already and religious choral music is arranged to sound very grand and impactful so that it makes you feel spiritual and such.
When she says, "I'll put it on the gallery, but I don't know why you'd want it" Like Jesse, are you for real?! This build is f**king amazing! I don't think I've seen anyone do a build like that before. It was honestly so inspired! Plus the challenge idea is brilliant if you got some actual, establishing rules. I would totally participate in a shell build like this. I would absolutely LOVE to see you create a new sims challenge and then be able to see what the community did with it. Love you, Hen
I am OBSESSED hen! I love this build and concept and can't wait to download it! And also try to do it myself! Also love you in any hair color you do! 💕
I used to love singing Give Me Oil In My Lamp in school assemblies. I don't know if it counts as a hymn but even now I love that song. It has top notch "hunkering down alone in a cave as the world ends" vibes
Nikki, you did such an amazing job! Of all the hair colors I've seen Plumbella wear, I think this one suits her best so far :D Side note, that blonde color with that Catholic school green sweatshirt is *chef's kiss*
I love your brain haha your builds are ALWAYS EPIC. I feel like this is an 80's 90's house you'd see in Australia somewhere. You do an incredible job 👏 🙌 ❤️
This might just be my favourite youtuber build ever! Thanks, Jesse! I am having a very bad day and this gave me some joy ❤ I would 100% live in this house irl
Honestly my top 5 school hymns in no particular order 1. Wind in the willows 2. Shine Jesus shine 3. All the nations of the Earth 4. This is my body 5. Ave Maria Also I love how you turned this whole build around 😂😂
This is a challenge that exists! They usually use 1 tile of wall, and you can find ones to do on the gallery, Syd Mac does them fairly often. But this is such a creative way of doing it! Love the build 😊
I remember watching this video when it first came out and thinking this was the best house she’s ever built. 6 months later I still feel that way 😭abolutely love it 🔥
'Lord of the Dance' fucking SLAPS I actually have a whole playlist called 'Banger Hymns' because sometimes you do just have to blast them (my other fave is 'I the Lord of Sea and Sky (Here I am Lord)'
3:59 Not sure if you've addressed this more later on, so sorry if you have. I've always had an "allergic reaction" to silicone bands on my watches because, apparently, the silicone don't do well with anything other than water and sensitive hand soap, and so the outer coating of the silicone is actually falling apart, leaving you with the bare, rugged silicone that gnaws on your hand. It's also then leaving small particles of the silicone, irritating the skin more and more. I'd suggest either 1. getting a new silicone band (but this will also later loose it's coating in like a year, if you're careful not to use anything other than water and sensitive soap on it), or 2. get a new band made of something else :') I personally really like the feeling of the silicone and haven't found anything else that I like as much, but it does require you to renew it very often and be extra careful when washing
the bit about school assemblies reminded me that my middle school (years 3, 4, 5, 6) had us singing where is the love? because it'd just come out and they were like 'yeah this is christian enough.' had it on the ol' projector. everyone half asleep until then because morning assemblies. wild.
The concrete part: all I can think about now is the show Strange Love, and about the person who married a train station (I think), and the other, whom had an affair with the Eiffel Tower. Humans are never boring.
The amount of dyes we've seen you go through, to go this light in one session is a skill level Tonks! Well done, Jesse's hairdresser! 👐🏼👑 looks amazing
omg LORD OF THE DANCE!!!! my partner and I both sung this at our Anglican schools (in Australia) but our friends have no idea what we're on about, it's a fun song!
I always remember my assembly being in the morning, not in the afternoon before going home. As for favourite hymn? I don't have one, I personally prefer to not engage in religion or religious songs/etc.. but you do you bestie. That bathroom though, I live for it. Love a good ol' British carpeted bathroom.
This is my first time watching one of your videos, and I love this!! This house is so lovely, you decorated it so well despite the challenges, it’s so great. Amazing job!!
Favorite school sing alongs: This is why I’m hot and Baby Girl by Sugarland I had no idea British schools had assemblies everyday in the afternoon to sing. American schools do that in the mornings but it’s just a bunch of half asleep kids trying to chat with their friends or secretly scarf down their leftover breakfast.
This is why you ARE a builder because it's so amazing how you saved this with the 70s style it's so good 🔥💪 oh and when they let us sing lord of the dance in assembly we'd go feral
I don't know which fitbit you've got but I had a fitbit sense and beside from being soo far off in the heart rate measurement it also made my skin red and so warm and itchy. After years of owning fitbit charge, and then the lovely fitbit ionic, the new watch (sense) was such a huge letdown that I decided to switch brand. And after 1 year with my Garmin venu 2, I can honestly say that I love it. 👌🏻😍
LETHALLY blonde
We need to make this the top comment
Please pin this
yass
you are my hero
The speed of which she changes her mind is astounding to me. She went from "I hate this house" to "this is the best thing I've ever made in the sims" back to "I f*cking hate this" within the span of 10 seconds
she really is just like me fr this is my creative process
Nikki you did a STUNNING job bravo
Who the hell is Nikki
@@shiannafoxx I was thinking the exact same thing
@@melissahuckvale7576 Oh it’s her hairdresser
@@shiannafoxx oh okay cool. That makes sense 😂
For a first lightning attempt? Exquisite!
The exterior gives me serious ‘visitor centre at a free to visit wildlife park in the uk’ vibes
omg i love this house so much but you are right
I read this comment before watching much of the video and was expecting WAY worse… guess I’m used to Canadian ones which are usually concrete boxes 😭😭
This is one my favorite builds Jesse has ever done. It's a real testament to her insanely good building skills!
This was somehow more chaotic than the 100 babies and I’m here for it and the era of blonde
Why is this literally my most favorite house? It’s so pretty!
Yeahh she did amazinggg
the shell had me skeptical but it turned out so lovely!
I hate how you just casually made the most amazing house ever without any plans. your ✨mind✨
Nikki I had no idea you were behind the bee-Utiful transformations we see on screen. You are a legend
I'd be amused to see if the rest of the simmers could manage something. Simsie has shell challenges. Plumbella could have dots challenges.
edit: I looove the conversation pit. I'm lowkey rabid about having one in my own home.
James Turner can have the non sims, sims challenges
I didn't think it would work at the beginning but I'm excited to be proven wrong. This build turned out amazing!
Literally one of the most gorgeous houses I’ve ever seen AND it’s in the sims
I was baptised catholic and not really religious anymore but according to my mum ‘Lord of the Dance’ was my Nan’s favourite hymn and I find it so strange that even though I never met her hearing it reminds me of her and let’s me miss her in my own way-so I at least have something to thank hymns for :)
I think this is the best build you’ve ever done, it really pushed boundaries and kept you on edge with different challenges in each room. It turned out really good and was a pleasure to watch! Love the hair by the way!
This is one of my favorite builds you've made. The pit is a brilliant idea. Stunning!
"It's 70s so we're going for a mix of brick and wood" sounds like my neighbourhood honestly
jesse honestly i dunno how you do it. truly a masterpiece
The way that I heard 2 lines of Lord of the Dance and proceeded to sing the entire rest of the song XD I've not been in school nearly 15 years, it's so ingrained (our assemblies were always morning though)
The running commentary from editor!jesse is killing me.
I almost didn’t trust the process but you proved me wrong - I’m obsessed with this build!
I am OBSESSED with this build. Literally opening my game right now to download it
Share the IP 🥂
Great job, Nikki!! My aunt and my mom have cut and coloured hair for years, so I really respect the hard work it takes to be a great hairdresser!
YES TO THIS BLONDE ERA JESSE
okay but the note at 3:59 is so relatable bc I had to buy special cotton-based Apple Watch bands bc I was allergic to the normal one and it made my wrist break out in rash ❤
I can only imagine her stress because even watching the roofing part got me stressed!
you having a “My Whole Personality Is Blonde” moment is VERY Linda Belcher in Bob’s Burgers season 5 ep 7 😂
YES! I was searching for this comment!
THANK YOU FOR UPLOADING THAT TO THE GALLERY!!!! it’s such a perfect 70’s vibe and with a little bit of renovations to the walls and stuff it could look like a completely normal house that wasn’t from this challenge! thank you thank you thank you
Okay but WOW Nikki is fabulous! I can’t believe she got you that light in one go. Love your hair journey for us
Your hairdresser did an amazing job! It look so good, you both are killing it! ❤🎉
This might be one of my favorite builds you’ve ever made omg
It all came together in the end! Except well for the floorplan... having the only bathroom in the Nancy Wheeler inspired bedroom haha. Still, this is such a pretty build for something so totally random.
the best part of this video is when plumbella said "it's blondin' time" and then proceeded to blonde all over the place
This build is STUNNING! It gives gorgeous fancy home in the woods and I want to live in it ❤️
That Grey's anatomy episode with the lad who lay in concrete HAUNTS me 😀
I agree with Jessie - in school Lord of the Dance slapped
Jessie, you have no idea how much ur conversation pit couch inspired me like it’s so cute and fun! but fr you are so real for not showing yourself build it because I wanted try to make my own in my build because of you and oh my god did I scream over trying to make it what I wanted and functional- the struggle was real but it was worth it!
I used to love singing hymns in assembly too hehe. “When is the coming, the redeemer” is my favourite 😃
Why do I LOVE this house??
In Australia we have assembly where we sing but it was during period 3 and 4 (so like around 11-12:30 and then lunch)
I love you out here proving that I would choose to live in any house you create cause you really are my favorite builder and the chaos in this one is real haha
you always say you're not a builder but i finally started watching other simmers and you're absolutely my favorite builder! so fun and creative and it still looks amazing.
hairdresser nikki did a fabulous job 🤩
THEY HUNG ME HIGH, LEFT ME THERE ON THE CROSS TO DIE - honestly the best assembly song
Love the blonde!! Great video.

LOVED singing religious choral music in choir. Singing with other people is so joyful already and religious choral music is arranged to sound very grand and impactful so that it makes you feel spiritual and such.
jesse this build might be my fav???? it really turned out incredible 😍

Love you, Hen
The exterior of that house is so stereotypically late '60s/1970s. I saw it and immediately thought of The Brady Bunch, so CONGRATS ON THAT '70S HOUSE!

Love your videos! You're such a funny and creative person!🤩
This turned out amazing. I love the conversation pit
absolutely in love with this house and I’m not even done with the video
This might just be my favourite youtuber build ever! Thanks, Jesse! I am having a very bad day and this gave me some joy ❤ I would 100% live in this house irl
I am in love with this build!! It’s absolutely incredible
I just found your channel and I just have to say, everything about your videos seem chaotic and I absolutely love it, and you.
Welcome chickadee! You’re in for a rollercoaster of a ride here 😅
Honestly my top 5 school hymns in no particular order
1. Wind in the willows
2. Shine Jesus shine
3. All the nations of the Earth
4. This is my body
5. Ave Maria
Also I love how you turned this whole build around 😂😂
This is actually one of my favorite builds, this looks amazing! It’s such a vibe
2:15 "columns. isn't that a name in irish?" made me laugh out loud
This is a challenge that exists! They usually use 1 tile of wall, and you can find ones to do on the gallery, Syd Mac does them fairly often. But this is such a creative way of doing it! Love the build 😊
Omg the entry way is absolutely amazing! I LOVE the couches
Immediately obsessed with Jessie’s hair it looks so amazing!!! Great job to their hairdresser it looks gorgeous
I remember watching this video when it first came out and thinking this was the best house she’s ever built. 6 months later I still feel that way 😭abolutely love it 🔥

The blonde energy is coming through. You are thriving, which makes me smile. Keep on keeping on!
Your videos always make smile, so hilarious. Love watching how freaking creative you get with the game too!
Absolutely LOVE this house & how it turned out!! Totally worth the chaos 😂

The build came out quite stunning and very interesting. I needed the chaos of this build and I almost pissed me pants laughing along the way. 😂
“What’s a 70’s looking door.”
“Brown”
Me who grew up in a house that was made in the 70’s: … yeah looks about right
Oh my god im obsessed with this build! Turned out so cool!! ♥︎♥︎

wild.
The CONVERSATION PIT, good LORD that strikes a chord in my heart.

Friday morning, singing assembly. An entire assembly dedicated to sitting cross legged on the floor and singing. Immaculate vibes.
Nikki I'm looking forward for more! Also, I would LOVE to see another connect-the-dots video, this was a lot of fun to watch.
this is actually your best build in my opinion, I love it
I always remember my assembly being in the morning, not in the afternoon before going home. As for favourite hymn? JESSIE I WILL BE DOWNLOADING THIS HOUSE SO FAST. it may be a monstrosity but i love a good tacky mid century/70s home
What CC creator are those incredible round, gothic windows from?! The blonde looks incredible too and I loooovvveee the style of this build
i love your weird build challenges, they're unhinged just like you
Favorite school sing alongs: This is why I’m hot and Baby Girl by Sugarland
I had no idea British schools had assemblies everyday in the afternoon to sing. American schools do that in the mornings but it’s just a bunch of half asleep kids trying to chat with their friends or secretly scarf down their leftover breakfast.
Jesse having over 2 billion saves shocked me so much lmao
loves and the hair is STUNNING very excited to see the next level
This is why you ARE a builder because it's so amazing how you saved this with the 70s style it's so good 🔥💪
oh and when they let us sing lord of the dance in assembly we'd go feral
“Lemme just place these randomly”
✨creates actual rubber duck shape✨
I am LIVING for the chaos vibe of this intro 👏🤣
Why does this actually look SO GOOD! 😍 I should have never doubted you 😂
I don't know which fitbit you've got but I had a fitbit sense and beside from being soo far off in the heart rate measurement it also made my skin red and so warm and itchy.
