I agree with a ton of what you said. To me it's the best full blown/consistent album since The Circle. There's a nice flow of upbeat/uplifting and slower tunes with some depth lyrically. Side note: I think that is Phil X on the solo on Living Proof. Jon talked in another interview about Phil using a Bouzouki tuning (from his youth playing and Greek background) on that song's solo.
Thank u - when you inhale the album a few times then you know how good it is. But Asking myself how many takes Jon needs to sing so nice on the album when i watched the bar opening clips in Nashville where he is still struggeling with his voice
It's because of the sound of the place and jon was speaking alot for hour's the last month jon needs to rest his voice before tour and its better then 2022 there is improvement
@@zachdzikansky5090 sound of the place had nothing to do with it, his vocals are still bad for someone that had an operation 2 years ago now, not sure how much rest he needs when he has song maybe 3 or 4 times live in the past 2 years, and only for small amounts of time. No way will he be even ready to tour next year the rate his voice is improving so slowly.
@@zachdzikansky5090 he will never be so fit again to do 4 shows a week like he wanted to...sorry. maybe one per month. And the more i watch the live clips, i also think that it will be not so much better with Richie - their voices only work together when Jon can sing the phrases right. Also had a problem with his movement on stage - he dont know how to move or wanted to do his stage gymnastic like years ago. TodaY it looks not good.
Gotta remember times have changed and Bon Jovi has changed. They still rock and Jon and the boys have gone through a lot of changes. You are not going to get the same band that you got back in '84. What band has really stayed the same, and I know that would be kind of boring to me. We all change with time. Thank you for your review!
We continue to agree on a lot Erik. I think every ranking on this one. I heard that “next 100 years” reference as soon as I heard the song, “Seeds”…you gotta listen to it a few times to appreciate it for sure (1st time was hard but now it’s fantastic) & ballads are good but can’t touch Luv Can (their best lyrics ever). Now go try again to appreciate Novocaine (that’s not ok!) and Welcome …they are top of my lungs kind of songs for me.
Erik - You need to be Bon Jovi's new manager! I Totally trust and love your reviews with BJ! My fav album is keep the faith btw. Then anything 80s. Also love the Young Guns album a lot!
Great review! As a Jovi tribute artist we are already playing Legendary and LP live. The reason people are gravitating to those is Legendary chord progression is crazy close to Blood on Blood and as you said Just Older and slow it down you have Thank You For Loving Me very close to it. The reason your ears love LP as do I it is one not different than I'd Die For You but with a timing difference. So you have in essence a throw back to SWW. I love People's house but it is because I am a huge Bruce Springsteen and Matchbox 20 fan and this song is exactly that combo. Great tune. Also love Waves. Kiss The Bride is good, but I love it for the fact he is singing to his daughter and you can hear and feel love! Cheers!
Bought the album on cassette tape. Sounds really good. I agree with your review but i do like LEGENDARY. Didnt like it first but after a few listen i do like it now.
I loved the album. It’s an absolute ear worm, the songs stuck with me. Legendary, We Made it Look Easy, Waves, People’s House, Living in Paradise… and LIVING PROOF AND WALLS OF JERICHO WOWZA! I didn’t think Legendary was the worst by far, I loved it from first listen!
The intro to Walls of Jericho gave me "Because we Can" vibes. I get a whole "What About Now" album vibe from that song. There's definitely vibes of previous albums all over this album. Lost Highway, Keep the Faith, Have a Nice Day, The Circle. Whether it's the music or the way Jon sings certain parts.
go listen to the live performance he did at his new bar in nashville last week, he still sounds bad live. Especially doing blood on blood and born to be my baby.
@@MystifyMe97 he sounded less strain, not so much air and pushing, but in some songs like his vocals chords are kinda trying to find a confortable place, like amuscle you have to trained, but he sounded better than last yeah, i think he should take more time to recover but i think he wont
You are delusional thinking Jon can still sing it’s all copy and paste studio pitch correction 😂 the guys voice will never be back retire gracefully instead of going out and been a joke of a band 😂
I got my copy on CD the day before it was released, because I pre-ordered mine, and when I played it on my CD Player, I was really enjoying it, and I listened to it again on my iPod and over these last few days, and I think the album really has a few good themes, where some of the songs are mainly throwbacks through Bon Jovi's 40 Year Career, and also having easily relatable songs as well, and also a couple of personal songs for Jon as well, and I personally think this is one of Bon Jovi's best albums in a long time. Yes, I think This House Is Not For Sale is my top favourite Bon Jovi album, but this is certainly close to being a top favourite of mine along with some of the other albums in my view. Yes, for some people, the new album may not be as good as their classic albums, but I still enjoy it as much as the others. My favourite song on the album has got to be 'The People's House' and I think it's just amazing and definitely one of the best Bon Jovi songs of this decade so far, and it does have a 'Keep The Faith' sounding and I think it could fit on 'This House Is Not For Sale' in my opinion, and I love 'Living Proof' which is definitely a classic Bon Jovi song in the modern era.
I'm honestly really impressed with this album, holy cow, didn't believe that it's gonna grow on me so quickly! It's been a long time that since a Bon Jovi album has been continuosly good, quality of the songs remained almost the same for both halfs of the album, wow. Been listening to it for an entire week. Here are my ratings : 1.Legendary : 4/10 - Formulaic, souless, annoying Shanks stuff, didn't like it. Hate it even more since the band is shipping it too much. 2.We Made It Look Easy : 7.5/10 - Kind off a modified Legendary. It's obviously a continuation of the story from Legendary, and that's what I like abt this song. It's definitely different from your typical Bon Jovi. 3.Living Proof : 10/10 - perfect. The best song since The Circle. The chorus super infectious. Shows that they still got it. 4.Waves : 10/10 - wow. Talk about a different and very interesting track. Love it. Grows more and more on me. A pretty dark song in comparison with the rest of the album. Love the riffs and solo, very melodic and tasteful. 5.Seeds : 9/10 - This reminds me of Bounce a lot. A lot of orchestral stuff, very intriguing. Love the ending of it, Beatles influence. Not as catchy as the previous two, but holds candles for sure. 6.Kiss The Bride : 8/10 - Beautiful. It's not a classic nor intentional "hit ballad", but it hits very nice. 7.The People's House : 9/10 - I thought the album was gonna slow down with the second half, booy was I wrong. I was shocked. Didn't believe we're ever gonna get a Keep The Faith rip-off. That's mostly because they've been using the Have A Nice Day and Lost Highway formula for almost two decades. They really LOVE using those big riffs in Em, C, G. Nonetheless, great track, altho missing guitars. 8.Walls Of Jericho : 8.5/10 - Surprised me as well. Good ol' anthemic arena rock stuff. Love it. Thought that we're not gonna hear this since the 80's sound is long gone. It would've been great to feature a 80's guitar solo on a track like this, I think that was needed as well as Richies harmonies. I loved to hear that 2000's Jon line on 2:57, very young tone, wow. Didn't expect he's gonna pull off those anymore. 9.I Wrote You A Song : 6.5/10 - Meh, it's okay. Way to simplistic and cheesy for my feel. 10.Living In Paradise : 7/10 - Joyful, and nothing more to it. 11.My First Guitar : 8/10 - I think it's a cool subject to hang on too, something different, which I think was this albums main goal, and that was to put a lot off different songs in terms of themes. Generic chorus tho, repetetive AC/DC style lol. 12.Hollow Man : 5/10 - Not a fan of these kinda of songs. Boring and mundane. All in all, I'm really happy for this album. Personally it's the best album since 2009.
Jon said that's the best job from the band since bounce/crush.... You mention ACDC, PHX Likes ACDC, OF Course Jon don't discusses what are their musical tastes.
@@goodearssrock6902 I wouldn’t neccessarily agree. I think HAND is wayyyyyyyy better than this album, the same goes for The Circle. As for Phil, it’s really sad to have that kinda of metal assassin on the guitar and do ABSOLUTELY nothing w him. Letting Shanks do the bussiness is what ruined the “rock” sound and soul of Bon Jovi. It is what it is. Have a nice day :)
Nice video! My cassette arrived on the day of release and I can't stop listening to it. I love it! John's voice has improved and yes I know studio isn't the same as on stage but I don't think there is any use of autotune. I agree he needs to carry on training to get his voice fully ready for a tour but he musn't rush it. Also Richie provided excellant backing vocals, he can sing very well and if he is to return that would perfect a live performance considering the age of the band.
So the guitar solo on living proof is Phil's and he also came up with it in a Jovi interview Jon says this but it actually uses bouzouki tuning on the guitar which Jon said Phil came up with and was blown away with
It's a really good album...It's better than 2020 or This House Is Not For Sale for sure...For me the best song is.. The Japan's Bonus Track...That Was Then This Is Now....Just wow...And this comes from someone that has been listening to Bon Jovi for 36 years...
Geat review bro. I love the album too. I have ordered the CD from the CD shop but still not received it yet. Maybe I'm from Singapore, but I hope the CD will arrive by this week.
My first guitar, as you said it was about his first guitar. He sold it to a jersey kid who is now a retired police officer. He got it back, and he played that same guitar on this recording.
Think you might like I'm in love with my 1st guitar when you hear the back story. Jon recently bought back his 1st guitar from a local guy in Jersey that Jon had sold the guitar to in the late 70s, the guitar was still in the same case. Jon brought the guitar home and wrote that song on it.
This album is amazing imo, my favorite since Lost Highway, and that's saying something because I like The Circle and THINFS alot! Stand out songs for me are We Made It Look Easy, Living Proof, Waves, Seeds, The People's House, Walls of Jericho, Living In Paradise, My First Guitar, and Hollow Man
This being good could be attributed to 2020 being that bad. Not to mention that the documentary boosted it in a way that the people actually gave it more chances in tribute to Jon's current vocal issues. I have to admit though, this one surprised me. Definitely nothing to write home about yet, but I think it's safe to say that even after an okay album with THINFS and a horrendous one with 2020, the band could still put up a solid here and there. I think it is on the same tier as The Circle. Definitely a tier above Lost Highway. If I would rank the modern day Jovi albums since Crush, this one would seat comfortably at 5 behind TC, Bounce, Crush, and HAND.
I think if you had a daughter who was preparing for her marriage, this song would have a greater impact on you. I am grateful Jon wrote this song for his daughter. I have six children, the first of whom is one of my daughters. This song absolutely kills me every time I hear it. Great review. You obviously know what you are talking about. Good job!
Great review Erik ! I think it’s there best album since The Circle ! Bonus new Japanese track This is Then , This is Now ? Your thoughts?? Also Sambora 4 brand new songs ? Your thoughts??
I would say I like a good amount of the songs. I definitely wouldn’t say he sounds “great” but good for his current state. I must say my favorite is the outtake ‘that was then, this is now’, great song
Also all the guitars were Phil x on this album Jon said he wanted Phil to shine as thinfs was more of a statement album due to it been the first without Richie and then 2020 was over a zoom call mostly so this was the first chance for Phil to shine . You can see all these comments on the planet rock track by track interview
Great review Erik !! My top 5 songs from the new album are 1. Walls of Jericho 2. Living Proof 3. Waves 4. Living in Paradise 5. Seeds The only songs I will skip are The People’s House I found the chorus boring and Kiss the Bride is average compared to his other love songs . Overall 7.5/10 Have you listened to the bonus Japanese track This is then this is now ?? Your thoughts??
Remember hearing these days single in 1995 and thinking no Bon Jovi song will ever beat this but walls of jericho is my new favourite. Absolutely fantastic album.
I scored Legendary much higher than you and my lowest score went to My First Guitar, it sounds odd to me, I still like it but just sounds a bit weird to me. Good video as usual.
Been a fan since 7800 . They have been pretty consistent but have a couple albums I don’t listen to including the hot garbage that was 2020. I love the new album. Maybe 2 weak tracks but mostly a good album
I find myself enamored with the majority of the tracks on this album; however, what truly sets it apart is its exceptional cohesion as a complete work. There's an undeniable strength and uplifting quality to its overarching theme. Immersing myself in the entirety of its 48-minute runtime, I'm treated to a captivating narrative that paints a vivid picture of where my beloved band currently stands in their journey through life. It's more than just a collection of songs; it's a masterfully crafted story waiting to be experienced in full…
It’s a decent record. The problem I have with it is the production. Just sounds very dull. It’s also a lot lower in volume to other new releases on Apple Music. I would like the album a lot more if the production was a bit more sparkling.
It’s alright. I like a few songs but nothing that’s really rocking. I’ve been a fan for over 30 years and I think their last real good album was Crush. I really want Richie back though. We need his solos.
Erik’s Bon Jovi Album Ranking (including “Forever”) 1. These Days: 9,7 2. Slippery When Wet: 9,4 3. New Jersey: 9,3 4. 7800* Fahrenheit: 9,0 5. Have A Nice Day: 8,9 6. Bounce: 8,5 - The Circle: 8,5 - What About Now: 8,5 9. Bon Jovi: 8,4 - Burning Bridges: 8,4 - Forever: 8,4 12. Crush: 8,3 - Keep The Faith: 8,3 14. This House Is Not For Sale: 7,4 15. 2020: 7,2 - Lost Highway: 7,2
Damn! There's no way "Forever" is better than "Keep The Faith". So many classics and underrated tracks in "Keep The Faith" that the new songs can't compete with by any means. I definitely want to see how "Forever" turns out to be in a year or two for those loving it now. It seems to me the hype is making fans say things they might regret as time goes by. It's an average new millennium Bon Jovi release for me.

I don't care about complaints, i really like it, i like what it tells us, i like that their back, it's not oerfect and we already know the problema, but i don'care too mich because i want to be happy and enjoy this new record. The first listening made me cry two times. To me, that's enough. And... I got my Bon Jovi song. Waves it's a true bon jovi song and i love it Seeds has a great build up, but it misses a solo right after that
I took a look back and for me personally this is the best album since The circle from 2009 that I loved. Its better than What about now, Brurning bridges, 2020, and THINFS... This time around I want to listen to it, not just because Im a lojal fan..even my girlfriend that like more new artists music even liked this one 🙂
For me it's definitely the best post Richie album, some nice catchy tracks.....before the Phil X fan club start the witch hunt I do not have an issue with Phil X, he is great guitarist.....BUT for me, the band just lack a bit of soul ever since Richie left & I can't really enjoy a lot of the material in the last decade......over all I'd say 6.5 out of 10
Its their best effort for over a decade. I got the Japanese CD for the bonus tracks. Kiss the Bride and Hollow man don't fit the album so take them out and add That Was Then to general release.... and its a really good album.
For me it's their best album since the circle. The standout songs for me are waves, living proof, people's house and my first guitar I love the drums on my first guitar. Which is funny because this is a song about guitars and I'm here loving the drums in the song. This album was much needed after the complete trash that was 2020
Jon is a great busninessman, that I must admit. He runs out of voice, makes a doc out of it and promotes this new album. The fans love the record because they were afraid it would be the last. For me, it's an average album. No rock. Lots of autotune.
I have to agree. This album may be slightly better than some of their last few releases, but it’s so bland and boring, save one or two above average tracks. Sadly, the band lost its way a long time ago.
If Bon Jovi stopped at "Slippery When Wet" , he would be fondly remembered. But he continued to record generic rock pop ever since. What I've heard on "Forever" hasn't changed my mind, except thinking that Jon Bon Jovi must be a narcissist to wear a jacket on the cover that suggests he is still relevant in 2024. No one is recording decent new rock albums anymore. Bon Jovi's newest is better than his crappy "2020" release, but that isn't saying much. Absolutely lame. Like most all of the recent Bon Jovi albums in the past decade or so, the album will sharply fall off the charts in record time.
I don't feel it's a great album, but it does have some good songs. Plus, it's light-years ahead of 2020,so it feels better than what it is. They'll always be my fsvorite band, but I'm a realist and know I'll never get another great album from them again. I'm ok with that. It's been a heckuva ride. Looking forward to those lost tracks being released. That'll be a lot of fun for us Jovi lifers.
One listen was enough for me, and I love bon jovi. Ring Richie back and ditch shanks so they can make some good rock music again. Better than most of the stuff they’ve put out in the last 14 years
Sorry? Weren't you the one who implored them to quit music and now you come melted with the record? Do you see how it wasn't necessary for them to leave? The pearl that we would have left without hearing if they had listened to your bad idea.
After listening to your ratings tells me your either high or drunk 😂On what planet was any of those songs rockers it was pop at best weak and bordering on country crap songwriting laughable from dry county to I am in love with my first terrible 😞 and typical shanks solos why have Phil X in band when Jon rather give guitar solo to Shanks😂 😂😂😂 waves was best song and peoples house
I don’t get Jon ‘s left politics…I dig Jon’s good friend en co writer…Billy falcon…I love his politics👌👍🙏…so…I don’t get how Jon and Billy can write together🤔😳and be a good friend🤔?
It’s hard to take anything he puts on tape seriously considering how bad Bon Jovi’s vocal performance has been. The smart money was on him retiring..I guess you can make anyone sound good in the studio. Without Sambora I have no interest in anything he puts out.
Just because it’s better than the last few disgraceful efforts it doesn’t make it good, and certainly not amazing. and they haven’t done an amazing album since these days.
I must be listening to a different album, it's bland, the songwriting could be any middle of the road rock band, nothing special. And clearly a ton of work on Jon's vocals cos he couldn't sing in tune live at the opening of his new bar other day. Just my opinion of course, if folk love it more power to them
These days was tbeir last best album. Everything is just a rewrite from that point on. All the new music is vland and boring. Sad really considering how great they once were. Nostalhia and sentimentality is what hes relying on, but this dead horse has been well and truly flogged.
Justo el último disco que compré fue "What About Now". Y aunque "This House" me parece decente, no me sentí emocionado para comprarlo.

Here are my ratings :
1.Legendary : 4/10 - Formulaic, souless, annoying Shanks stuff, didn't like it.
So the guitar solo on living proof is Phil's and he also came up with it in a Jovi interview Jon says this but it actually uses bouzouki tuning on the guitar which Jon said Phil came up with and was blown away with
Wow, didn't know this
That’s interesting, but it seems like such a lazy uninspired solo. What a shame.
Possibly one of the worst solos I’ve ever heard barely good enough for an outro
It’s practically sticking on the same string it’s a terrible solo gone are spambots pentatonic licks 😢
23:40 great b-side! I love “The End”
I think the album is pretty good!
Please please please do a quick review on the bonus track “that was then, this is now” 😭
Think you might like I'm in love with my 1st guitar when you hear the back story. Jon recently bought back his 1st guitar from a local guy in Jersey that Jon had sold the guitar to in the late 70s, the guitar was still in the same case. Jon brought the guitar home and wrote that song on it.
It's.......Fine! I may have to listen to it a couple more times, but I miss the old Bon Jovi a bit.
This album is amazing imo, my favorite since Lost Highway, and that's saying something because I like The Circle and THINFS alot!
Stand out songs for me are We Made It Look Easy, Living Proof, Waves, Seeds, The People's House, Walls of Jericho, Living In Paradise, My First Guitar, and Hollow Man
Great review. You could have mentioned that Living in paradise was co-written by Ed Sheeran.
Good job!
It's a regular good album. But I think they would work with new producers with fresh new ideas specially sound wise insted of John Shanks...
Great review Erik !
I think it’s there best album since The Circle !
Bonus new Japanese track This is Then , This is Now ?
Your thoughts??
Also Sambora 4 brand new songs ?
Your thoughts??
My issue is there is very little guitars. To me this album is ok but not much different the this house is not for sale
Great album
Seeds is my favorite
Cool Kiss reference in 1 st guitar
Listened to it last night. Pleasantly surprised how GOOD it is.
I was perceiving that about Phil x liked his solo on Waves, i understand why was apearing Phil X on the pictures of the videos of Instagram.
by casuality the interview of planet rock is on TH-cam or not
Great review Erik !!
My top 5 songs from the new album are
1. Walls of Jericho
2. Living Proof
3. Waves
4. Living in Paradise
5. Seeds
The only songs I will skip are The People’s House I found the chorus boring and Kiss the Bride is average compared to his other love songs .
Overall 7.5/10
Have you listened to the bonus Japanese track This is then this is now ??
Your thoughts??
Remember hearing these days single in 1995 and thinking no Bon Jovi song will ever beat this but walls of jericho is my new favourite. Absolutely fantastic album.
LOVE walls of jericho
I scored Legendary much higher than you and my lowest score went to My First Guitar, it sounds odd to me, I still like it but just sounds a bit weird to me. Good video as usual.
if there were more interesting guitar solos here and there, i would agree that this album is a solid one. Nevertheless, it's still a good album
My favourites are living proof and waves! Absolute rocks
Please, review the new 4 sambora's songs :)
Been a fan since 7800 . They have been pretty consistent but have a couple albums I don’t listen to including the hot garbage that was 2020. I love the new album. Maybe 2 weak tracks but mostly a good album
Any danger of rating That Was Then, This Is Now?
The circle was last good alblum, Bullet was awesome.
Bounce..... after this house 2016 and now BON JOVI FOREVER.
Have you listened to the bonus track, “That was then, this is now” it’s sooooooo goood
Living in paradise was forgettable 😕😕😕.
Do you know if bon Jovi are touring in England???
That was then this is now should be on the album…it’s a great song….maybe a great album title to🤔👍
That is one of the reasons Richie left John Shanks wanted to go to soft rock pop, with almost no gutiars how do you tell a gutiar player not to play.
Richie since crush was plaining left the band.... until he did forever.
It’s alright. I like a few songs but nothing that’s really rocking. I’ve been a fan for over 30 years and I think their last real good album was Crush. I really want Richie back though. We need his solos.
Open your mind , he is not gonna back anymore

1. These Days: 9,7
2. Slippery When Wet: 9,4

5. Have A Nice Day: 8,9

9. Bon Jovi: 8,4

- Keep The Faith: 8,3
14. This House Is Not For Sale: 7,4
15. 2020: 7,2
- Lost Highway: 7,2
Keep the faith so low? You trippin' 😂😂
Keep the faith 13 be serious 😂
totally agree with you These days is their best album
I think that he didn't revise his old marks. This probably doesn't reflect exactly his scorr
living proof and waves is real dope, i only wish he would ditch Shanks..and whos ever fault is the lack of solos, a good kick in the nuts..
The solo was Phil x

Bounce and the circle above have a nice day?
I don't care about complaints, i really like it, i like what it tells us, i like that their back, it's not oerfect and we already know the problema, but i don'care too mich because i want to be happy and enjoy this new record.
The first listening made me cry two times. To me, that's enough.
And... I got my Bon Jovi song. Waves it's a true bon jovi song and i love it
Seeds has a great build up, but it misses a solo right after that
Seeds have riff instead of a solo, even one of Phil X'S favorite
I took a look back and for me personally this is the best album since The circle from 2009 that I loved. Its better than What about now, Brurning bridges, 2020, and THINFS... This time around I want to listen to it, not just because Im a lojal fan..even my girlfriend that like more new artists music even liked this one 🙂
Best song in decade is That was then, this is now… And its even not included in the album…
Hi see on my Channel the Richie sambora guitars collection during bon Jovi golden area thanks and have fun
For me it's definitely the best post Richie album, some nice catchy tracks.....before the Phil X fan club start the witch hunt I do not have an issue with Phil X, he is great guitarist.....BUT for me, the band just lack a bit of soul ever since Richie left & I can't really enjoy a lot of the material in the last decade......over all I'd say 6.5 out of 10
The problema is Shanks not Richie and of Course he isn't gonna back
Its their best effort for over a decade. I got the Japanese CD for the bonus tracks. Kiss the Bride and Hollow man don't fit the album so take them out and add That Was Then to general release.... and its a really good album.
Really good video... got to disagree with you on this album.. think it's another dreadful one. The last 5 albums have been terrible.
Amazing album
I. D. ♡ L. ❤️
After listening to 'Forever', I am now depressed. Ironic, as I was trying to find something "uplifting" to listen to.
Glad to hear that "Legendary" is kinda like the "In And Out of Love" of this album ;-)
Realey
For me it's their best album since the circle. The standout songs for me are waves, living proof, people's house and my first guitar I love the drums on my first guitar. Which is funny because this is a song about guitars and I'm here loving the drums in the song. This album was much needed after the complete trash that was 2020
Jon is a great busninessman, that I must admit. He runs out of voice, makes a doc out of it and promotes this new album. The fans love the record because they were afraid it would be the last. For me, it's an average album. No rock. Lots of autotune.
No autotune, %100 soft rock.
@@kif-zallrhat1870 There's a lot of post production work for sure
I have to agree. This album may be slightly better than some of their last few releases, but it’s so bland and boring, save one or two above average tracks. Sadly, the band lost its way a long time ago.
It's not "These Days" quality but miss Richie's input as well.
All the solos on this album are done on just one string, lack of creativity or laziness?
Still hope Richie Sambora returns to Bon Jovi
I don't feel it's a great album, but it does have some good songs. Plus, it's light-years ahead of 2020,so it feels better than what it is. They'll always be my fsvorite band, but I'm a realist and know I'll never get another great album from them again. I'm ok with that. It's been a heckuva ride. Looking forward to those lost tracks being released. That'll be a lot of fun for us Jovi lifers.
4-5 songs no fucking guitar solos ?
wtf
There’s 2 guitarists replacing Richie and they cannot compete!
Phil x CAN compete, but his balls have been cut off by Jon and put in a jar, next to Ritchies from about 15 years ago
@@theoisme absoultley one of the reasons Richie left he has power gutiar players and does not them play makes no sense.
Phil could play circles around Sambora, if the leash would get unhooked.
@@aaronburgoyne2271 yeah ok lol
One listen was enough for me, and I love bon jovi. Ring Richie back and ditch shanks so they can make some good rock music again. Better than most of the stuff they’ve put out in the last 14 years
Sorry? Weren't you the one who implored them to quit music and now you come melted with the record? Do you see how it wasn't necessary for them to leave? The pearl that we would have left without hearing if they had listened to your bad idea.
Much better than the dreadful 2020. I just don't trust anything about this band anymore. Jon's made me feel like the wife he's hit too many times...
I still like 2020 A LOT
If this is shockingly good the biggest band in the world is Milli Vanilli
It’s hard to take anything he puts on tape seriously considering how bad Bon Jovi’s vocal performance has been. The smart money was on him retiring..I guess you can make anyone sound good in the studio. Without Sambora I have no interest in anything he puts out.
Living Proof is SO boring.
As the album is...
So shite without Richie solos
Average at best.
When more than 4 ballads its not a good alblum.
Only have 3 ballads.
@@goodearssrock6902 yeah and what about now had 6
Justo el último disco que compré fue "What About Now". Y aunque "This House" me parece decente, no me sentí emocionado para comprarlo.
