    I just got my product. Its been running for 6 hours and it hasn't dipped below 64 degree F. I'm better off running a cold bath.

      @@miked3535 as I’ve said many many times… if you are using the pump that came with the “Nurecover” chiller please throw it away and buy the active aqua 400 pump.

      @@nicholasclay6534 appreciate that. I’ll do it today. One question. When I was running the unit I realized that water wasn’t flowing into the chiller it was going from the lower hose into the filter and back into the tube via the lower hose. The upper hose on the tub never had water coming from out of the chiller. I’ll assume this is due to the crappy pump?

      @@miked3535 if you aren’t seeing water returning into the chiller then yes, either the pump isn’t working or you have the inlets/outlets closed

      Did you have any luck getting the temp down? I just re-did my set up and found that if I threw in a bunch of cold packs and frozen water bottles it brings the temp down pretty fast and the chiller is good at maintaining it so far.

    Thanks for the video. Going through the comms with Nurecover support now and it isn't a great time. It's nice that they have an affordable chiller but the components are definitely lacking.

      @@Vassiken in terms of getting an entry level cold plunge setup, it’s not the worst route… however, considering the pump and fittings are virtually useless, I would probably just buy things ala cart if I had to do it again.

    I too just received our pro chiller set and the instructions have been zero help. Customer service have not responded at all. Thank you so much for clarifying a few things. I can't seem to find the active aqua pump

      @@debrapizarro4457 I’ve heard that if you’re overseas it may not be a brand that’s easy to come by. Essentially you just need to find a 400 gallon pump that is either inline or a submersible pump that can be used as an inline pump (most can be)

    Thank you so much for this video, I too am having an awful time with this Nurecover chiller I recently bought.. the instructions are terrible to say the least & I am totally lost at the setting of the temperature (Could I sincerely bother you to do a video as to how you set/adjusted your temp.. Also links to the pump & which sediment filter would you recommend?
    This has been the best info I have found ! Thanks again

      @@joannebrosnan7717 setting the temp is fairly easy. All you need to do is press “set” which is the top left button and then adjust down to your desired temp with the bottom right button. Once you’ve done that the compressor should kick on to start chilling

    Mine just showed up with no instructions, and the cable for the pump is missing. If possible, can you share some of the things you bought to get it working?

      @@MylesNowik ditch the pump they provide. It’s honestly trash and is not big enough to cycle the amount of water needed to filter and cool the pod. Buy an active aqua 400 pump and a bag of 1/2” to 5/8” barbs for fittings.

      Male thread to 5/8” barb and used the hoses that came with the setup which are 5/8”

    Thanks for the video- just got ours set up- but hoses seem to be kinking a lot..any ideas for that? Did you replace those hoses?

      @@JaminCook I used the hoses that came with the setup but had to cut them to length for the space I had available. Definitely had issues with the weight of the hoses pulling themselves down and kinking up before I shortened them.

    Any chance you could show how to connect the active aqua pump to the set up? Took the grey cover off but still confused how to connect.
    Also curious about the TastePure water filter, i got it based on your suggestion but noticed in both videos you dont have it connected. Please help. And thank you for making these videos its been very helpful

      @@michaelparis7212 if you’re using the same tubing that came with the Nurecover tank you’ll need to buy a bag of 1/2” male thread to 5/8” barb. The taste pure filter is only for when you fill the tub up. It connects to the water hose and filters out quite a bit so your system filter doesn’t have to later.

    Your video was very helpful with setup but after finally getting mine running with new connectors, it’s not chilling. Water is flowing, lights are on. Water does not get cold. Would a better pump actually affect that? I would love a simple solution that doesn’t mean my chiller is just useless. Especially since they aren’t responding to my messages.

      @@JocelynDeanPhotos if you’re using the pump that came with the system I can say with 99.99% confidence that it’s your problem assuming that you’ve correctly set the temp below 60° and you can actually hear and feel the compressor on the chiller kick on. Do you see water coming out of your inlet?

      @@nicholasclay6534 it’s definitely pumping. Water is cycling but it’s just not cold. Chiller is on and making noise. The company told me that I had the filter upside down and the white top should be down and the clear part up. I fail to see how the direction the filter is facing would have anything to do with the temperature but I’m trying it.

      @@JocelynDeanPhotos the orientation of the filter has nothing to do with the temp/chiller. They’re just giving you any excuse to avoid sending a replacement. Send them a video of it the way they suggest and be sure to mention in the video it’s still not chilling and that you are well within your one year warranty for a replacement that works

    I received 3 black tubes and I see you’re using 4 tubes - I’m guessing you purchased more - watching your videos makes me realize what a nightmare this pod is going to be

      @@aaron_dodge I also received three separate lengths of tubing. Made it work by shortening/cutting sections as needed.

      ​@aaron_dodge I just got mine this week and had similar concerns however if you are using their pump it can connect directly to the filter. I tried adding a washer filter at the tub outlet to get some of the big stuff but it plugged in just a few hours. I might try putting another washer screen on the inside of tub so it's easy to clean frequently.

    Do you have a link for the pump? We have looked everywhere, and all pumps are submersible, we found your video and it seems the company sent alot.of the wrong parts, Thank-you

      @@deannaross1497 the active aqua pump is submersible but it can be used as an inline pump without issue as shown in the video. You just have to remove the gray cover on the front. Be sure to buy a bag of the 1/2 male thread to 5/8 barb if you’re using the same tubing that came from Nurecover.

    Is this the 1/3 hp or the 1/2 hp chiller ?

      @@josegracian5123 this is actually a 1/10hp chiller. It isn’t outside in direct sun or being used on an enormous tank, so it quietly does the job just fine

      @@nicholasclay6534 in a garage ? What state do you live in ? Because I’m having a hard time keeping my chiller below 55 degrees, I did just order a aqua pump 400 because I looked at the specs of mine which i have it running the 1/3hp chiller but the pump was only 200GPH

      @@josegracian5123 a better pump will mostly likely take care of that. Any chiller is at the mercy of the pumps. More water cycling through at a faster rate will definitely help things.

      No. It requires a pump to cycle water through the chiller

    Nurecover is a nightmare - stay far, far away from this company. Nicholas, I don’t want to spam your vid (sorry!) but I DEFINITELY want others to know they’re the worst. My Pod Chiller Pro arrived and it doesn’t work. Something is rattling around in it as well (awesome). To resolve this, they sent me a video IN MANDARIN of someone in a factory on how to use it. I’m not making that up. Now they won’t accept a return because it’s been opened. Guys, how could I have known it didn’t work unless I opened it?! They’re such morons.

    Absolulet crap. My Chiller was defective and wont work despite following all the steps. Customer service is horrible, they wont return, refund or replace if you have opened the box. I am filing a dispute. It is some chinese knock off, please be aware. there is no phone number in US just a text number.

      @@sas2106 they will send a replacement if you can show it’s defective… I agree that the company is sketchy at best. The US number for Nurecover is 231-400-4161. Call multiple times back to back and they will typically call you back. Best of luck to you.

      @@sas2106 not sure if you’ve read through the comments, but if you are using the pump that system came with it’s most likely the problem (assuming your chiller powers on and you can hear the compressor kick on)

      Bought Mine a few weeks back it's been working great, until I drained it to clean it and now the water chiller won't chill the water at all, flow seems just as strong as it was when it was working, just not chilling the water, any suggestions?

      @@codysapcut2106 if the chiller is on and the temp is set I’m not sure why it wouldn’t be working. Did you tilt or adjust the chiller in any way when you cleaned the setup? Is the filter clean?

      @nicholasclay6534 no didn't move the chiller at all, disconnect all hoses from the Pod and just moved it around
