1uz Sound Compilation | V8 Swapped Lexus Is300

- Decided to do a quick video showing the revs, and acceleration of the 1uz-fe Vvti swap I have in my Lexus Is300. I was able to mount my Go Pro in the engine bay and near the tailpipe to get some sounds for you guys using @MobArmor mounts check them out on instagram for more info on their products !! I do have a slight exhaust rattle and one of my mufflers has actually scraped a hole in it but still sounds good honestly. The setup is two, magnaflow straight through mufflers, (one more slim and resonator style ) and no cats. It sounds pretty quiet in the cabin just mostly engine noise and even outside not too loud. Definitely recommend Magnaflow for mufflers. I would've also got more engine bay shots but the engine bay is still super dirty from previous track day ( 24 hour drift day ). @@joeygravano9114 raw as fuck sound but idk if anything can beat the cylinder by cylinder punch of the 1uz, idk. 1uz sounds like the middlepoint between SBC and what the Subaru guys think their EJ25's sound like. It's just so violent yet suavé I have to marry it

Why go 1uz over an LS. LS on paper is 100% better but the sound of a 1uz is something else.

How much did the swap cost and what exactly is you need? (excluding the engine)
1UZ or Ls1 swap for a Cheyenne 85?
I imagine the UZ takes up more space due to it being a DOHC V8. But if you choose the 1uz and want to add boost get a pre 1995 one as those years are stronger and also are non interference.
How difficult was the swap?
What exhaust have you got.
