I've tested my HR and SPO2 on a patient monitor and on the watch, and the results were very accurate. The sensor used in the patient monitor to measure the HR and SPO2 is the same as on the watch. Anyways I'm very happy with the watch for that price.
Well, if you don't like it, if you don't trust it, then buy a real patient monitor, buy real ECG, put them in a bagpack and carry them with you all the time. I'm going to wear my Kospet Rock and be happy about it.

I think the two buttons are there for a reason. If you wear it on your left hand you’d use the top button with your pointer finger. If in your right arm you’d use the bottom button with your thumb.
I saw this on an IG ad. I do enjoy the durability looked like a tough watch. It looked good. However after your review I'll look at some others that are affordable but still durable. If anyone could recommend any other watches and reviews to look at that would be awesome.
If you were wondering about the whole shower thing it's generally not recommended because the water is hot and expanding O ring seals have been known to leak. Even expensive proper diving watches recommend not taking into a hot shower for this reason. 👍🙂

I now know I'm wayyyyyyyy better off sticking with my Samsung smart watch that I have put through hell, shower with everyday, swim with all the time and wear at work as an industrial mechanic. I only need to charge it about every 4th day and I'm okay with that since at 5% it only takes about 1 hour 45 to reach 100%, and since I charge it while I'm sleeping I almost feel like I'm never charging it. Therefore I got the whole family the same watch with the same results. The Samsung watches are tougher than I ever expected. Thanks for the video. This is proof you get what you pay for.

As an Amazfit GTS owner, I cannot understand why Honor/Huawei smartwatches are your battery life champions, given that maybe all Amazfits have amazing battery life. Are they difficult to find in UK? If so, please forgive my upset :D

I bought one optimistically, worked fine for the first 12 days and then just refused to charge ever again... Just spend a bit more on an amazfit T rex and get something that accurately tracks steps and sleep and has some better features. 98% of the watch faces completely suck as well, analog faces won't have minute marks (Or any markings), lack of date/battery level or temperature, most of the analog faces don't even have a seconds hand either and none of the digital faces have seconds counters. Overall all the faces just feel stock-photo esque/lazy, there is one default analog face that basically does everything but it gets old fast and doesn't use the real-estate of the watch very well. The fact that the timer app on this watch only works in 5, 10, 15, 20, 30 increments is super frustrating if you're one to use a timer very much too.
Not the most exciting question, but does it have a vibrate alarm function and if so is the vibration enough to wake you up? One plus did an update and the vibrate pattern on my phone alarm is pants now...
A bit odd you did not mention it is a copy of Amazfit Ares. Or basically it is finally Ares that is globaly available because Amazfit had some restrictions outside Chine because colab with Timex Ironman that is globaly available and overpriced as nothing. Yes both Ares and Ironman have smaller transflective screen, but accuracy of sensors are not to even match with this Rock. Thou, I find in almost buyable even cause I have Amazfit Neo, sort of Ares replacement if it ever come to global market.
