thank you for this video, i was about to return this item even though i got in on cyber monday for $15 because i felt it was underwhelming out of the box but the app customization options make it worthwile to keep.
If your medical grade BP monitor is accurate you need to get immediate medical attention because you may have a stroke. Your readings are extremely high. You have malignant hypertension. I know this video is about the watch but if you aren't around we all will miss your great work
You have to do the BP test 3 times on those machines to give an accurate reading. I think that's why there was a huge difference. If on the third go it reads the same as it did just I'd definitely make an appointment with your GP as it was very high.
Even with a wrist or cuff device (sphygmomanometer), the first reading is the most inaccurate of what should always be 3 readings. Either average the second two or record the third.
The Blood Pressure reading from medical one is very high. I would do 3 times. The watch one was a better reading in regards to your health. If the medical one is accurate I would go to your Dr as that is not healthy BP reading. Optimum blood pressure reading is 120/80 fyi 😁
You need to check blood pressure sitting down with your arm at heart level and feet flat on the floor and not crossed. Check it 3 different times after being calm.. need to do the same thing for both the watch and cuff.. or it's not an accurate reading
The magic 3 test both your blood pressure and O2 levels are not good ,your review was great sounds like your health may not be , get checked and keep doing the reviews.

It looked a decent watch....apart from the hand raise test. That's too much to do to get it to work. I'd want one that shows you the time with ease. It definitely gives you plenty of things for that low price.
To be fair....it must be stressful making you tube content....Please relax in a seated position....allow arm to relax fully and test again...let us all know so we stop worrying ....or train up your replacement ! Great review BTW

That's what I was saying, O2 is not good either 91% was when they put me on an oxygen when I had covid.

Your blood pressure is way to high. You need to go to the doctors. Bottom number should not be in triple digits.
