    I've been to the dr, and he said it was old age about 4 months ago. This is amazing! I could only bend my knee about 30 degrees. After your massage, about 70 or more degrees I could bend it. Wow! I went from thinking I was facing some long term crippling thing that wouldn't heal, to seeing immediate results. My spirit has been lifted! I see the light at the end of the tunnel! Thanks so much!

    Hello Dr. Daniel, I found your video and the two dumbs holding the quad while stretching the leg helped me with my pain I also noticed a knot when I did this and it also went away. I’ll keep repeating the process in the coming days to ensure it does not come back. Thanks for sharing

    Hello, I appreciate your advice. In managing a long-term injury, more than ten years, that recurs every few months due to decreased activity and prolonged sitting in the office, what suggestions and training do you recommend?

    I play ⚽️ and I need my knees
    I used the spatula method, and I felt it breaking up the tissue. The pain isn't as intense but definitely has decreased tremendously. CHEERS on this video

    Thank you so much for this video. I'm a very tall, female runner and could run 10k without ever having any issues with my knees.
    I began weight lifting 3 months ago, and started out dead lifting relatively heavy and quickly progressed to heavier weights.
    Now i can't even get up from a chair without this intense pain above my knees.
    Would this be tendinitis caused by inflammation?
    And also, would the massage gun reduce inflammation?

    Going to give a try. I originally had knee pain - lower inner side. After a few weeks, now I also have pain on the upper outer side of the same knee! 😰 Ice or Heat makes it worse. At this point both areas are very tender.

    Finally, I found it! So, I think that is what I got, I had an accident, sprained my ankle a bit. Later my knee swelled up and I lost range of motion bending. When I reach the end of range of motion, the pain us harsh: usually after tripping and attempting to correct. I just did the massage and notice it helped. I have a BEMER, do you think increased micro vasal flow that results from use would help this? This has been about 3 months and I been limping around. Very little pain unless I'm force to extend it, such as stepping down from the good foot accidently, its hare do remember sometimes. I fact, I was climbing out of my excavator on the good foot, and had to drop my bad knee and was hanging on for dear life to the grab bars. I heard and felt three pops in my fingers. I sprained all three, but the ring was the worst. Also, I'm feeling run down as if fighting something since this is happening. I was wondering if this could be the cause of that fatigue?

    • @DrDanielBridge
      @DrDanielBridge  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      When our body is healing from an injury it uses energy so that could be a reason for the fatigue. I don’t have personal experience with the Bemer burn I’ve heard good things about

    I was on the leg press at the gym, I think I came back too far/too much weight. I don’t use that machine very often. I have swelling above my knee on and off, warm to touch. Feels like bruising around my knee sometimes as well, sometimes pain at the top of my shin. At first it felt like my knee was very weak when I would walk. This happened three weeks ago, doctor said ibuprofen would help. What do you think?

    After walking around and massage, it mostly went away. Was afraid it was a blood clot but didn’t think it was that exactly.

    Hey Dr, Have u heard of Cyriax's Friction Massage? So basically some research I did was to use massage/massage gun 3 X a day for 15 mins everyday to increase blood flow and to break up the scar tissue and to promote healing? I JUST started yesterday and name it I've tried it-on/off now for around 3 years and this is the longest I've gone with the issue. I did like that 1st move part you did and am going to implement that into the 3 X session's Im doing a day. thanks

    I got a bulge above my knee, but no pain unless I try to squat the whole way down cause my leg won’t fully bend, it’s been puffed up for a couple weeks, I do lots of hiking and starting hiking backwards too is when it happened I think but wasn’t painful just feels weird, my knee has been aching up tho for the last couple months but I got that to go away, now it’s in the thigh lol, my thigh looks different too slight dent, I’m thinking it’s a tear, i don’t have insurance and only want to a doctor once months ago for my knee at that time and they said about tendinitis or tendinosis I can’t remember, I can still get around good, the one leg is definitely alittle weaker, I’ve just been dealing with it, and doing stretches, lunges
