For Raptor Strike, I read it as an enemy must finish a move: - Visible to the reacting fighter - Within 5" horizontally of the reacting fighter - Vertically lower than the reacting fighter It's a list of 3 requirements, not 2 as you describe it (1. visible 2. within 5" horizontally and vertically), because there's a comma (otherwise it would be "visible to this fighter and within 5" horizontally and vertically lower"). I played True's Corvus in casuals and he mentioned how they were basically designed for core terrain... It really really feels that way. They seem so much stronger on it.
I really like Drom. He’s a smidge expensive but the Gorehulk is a well priced dude that balances that out. Plus, that Quad is wonderful (although very situational) I’ve ran the trio in a few lists and had a blast. Nothing quite like pulling someone into Gorehulk Overhead Smash range (and Chains range) for the 1-2 wombo combo
Corvus was THE warband that got me into Warcry and while I still think they are among the coolest ones visually it's getting harder to do well with them due to the 2nd edition terrain's verticality being a bit more limited IMO. I wish they get a buff eventually as currently I only use them in casual play against other boxed warbands.
I still want Corvus just on appearence alone and do hope they get a bit of a touchup at some point. Only didn't get them because they were out of stock so much and was ready to play the Underdogs and see what I could do with them.
I found a box in the wild at WHW last time I was there which was a nice surprise. They don’t don’t much to really sing and even in their current state I’ve been having a blast honestly

They are incredibly cool, and it wouldn’t take much tweaking to get them to function in a way that fits their killer theme

These are still my favorite models GW has ever produced. Not the best on the table, but they are so cool looking, I'm okay with that.
