He sounds a bit different, i feel like Kevin's Luigi voice speaks faster than Charles's Luigi voice but still he is pretty good

Not sure. Maybe in a cutscene? But whatever this is, Luigi sounds like he’s either speaking gibberish, or Chinese
Edit: My idea is that this is the Chinese language dub for the game, but that can’t be true cause Luigi sounds the same although I might be wrong who knows?
In the intro cutscene when everyone's talking to each other before Florian arrives. They're speaking in that classic Mario & Luigi gibberish.
I like that Mario and Luigi sound a little bit younger they are only 25 years old
