- ◼︎I tried an Egyptian Meal that People highly recommended on this Late Night Street food hunt at Kazaz in Cairo, Egypt. That was Mahshi. Mahshi is a dish of vegetables stuffed with rice and cooked in a spiced tomato sauce. After This, I had to finish it off with some special desert.

@@VIVI96316 مع احترامي الشديد لحضرتك و لوجهة نظرك .. لكني اختلف معك لان هذا الكلام اصبح مكانه في القصص و الروايات و الكتب التاريخية و احيانا القناة الاولى .. مصر لم تعد دولة جميلة و الشعب المصري اصبح في ذيل شعوب العالم و غالبية شعوب العالم اصبحوا افضل مننا و على جميع المستويات تقريبا .. انكار الواقع و و انكار الفشل الشديد الذي وصلنا له كدولة و كمجتمع لن يفيد و لن يغير الواقع.. بل في الاغلب سيزيده سوء .. نحن بحاجة اولا بالاعتراف على ما نحن عليه و ما وصلنا له .. لان حل اي مشكلة يبدا اولا بالاعتراف بوجودها .. ثم بعد ذلك اعتقد اننا بحاجة الى معجزة لاننا اصبحنا في حالة صعبة للغاية مثل الانسان الذي اصابه مرض مرمن و ليس له علاج و اصبح المريض الان في انتظار معجزة من عند الله ليشفيه او ان يكتشف الاطباء علاج لمرضه .. و اخيرا اتمنى ان كلامي لا يغضب او يزعج احد

We can’t say mahshy is a street food ,coz it’s much better when eat it at homes
Street food will start from fava beans and tamya ( a form of falfel) koshary , liver and sojok ( sausages) and more
In Egypt, there are many types of stuffed stuffed eggs, stuffed with green peppers, cabbage, zucchini, and tomatoes

wark enab is the leaves of grape tree they boil it un water and put rice with tomato sauce in it and put soap of chicken or beef with it and when it will be done you eat
Grape leaves that’s what he ate brotha next time try to ask for yogurt or cucumber sauce, and dip. The grape leaves in it so freaking good.
i never see any english youtubers in cairo its very weird seeing u talk perfect english and be in a place i recognize i recomment learing arabic its hard but the smiles your gonna get when poeple hear u talk in arabic and not being egyptian are gonna be worth it
