I like how the more subtle wash just adds depth to the model. Gives it a bit more life I think. Now I’ll be looking at roof colours as the trains pass today…
I don't know what it is, but all your videos are so thereputic to watch! Your humor, voiceover, and modeling [of course] are always really good! I always look forward to your videos every week lol
Some fantastic painting and the coaches looked really well built. The arrangement of the guards grab handle relative to the door handle seemed strange. I would've thought it would be located next to the side of the leaf that opens rather than next to the hinges. Poor guard is going to have door in the way every time they use the handle.
Try dundas DM60. They have a nut and screw that come with the kit. You may have to bore a bigger hole out for them to fit. But it's only a slight modification. This is what I've done with the TR coach's I have. You may need some washers for the screw to sit level. And Great job with the coaches.
"I want MY black, Nurse Ratched" Lovely clip as always George. BTW, bog standard 'photocopier' A4 is 60-70gsm. See 'American Psycho' for details of heavier bonds .....
Again, awesome job, and great video. I will never understand the way the passenger stock is classed in the UK. I guess it is due to the manufacture of the car. I guess what I'm wondering is; why not class the whole coach car as one class? An all 1st class coach, 2nd class, and so on?
Thanks mate. Yes the classing is a bit strange, I’ll admit that I don’t quite understand the system. I’d assume the talyllyn just added 1st class when they needed more
What a humble flex, "I'll make one for the real one" too good
It’s really not if you’ve seen my carpentry skills 😂

Yes that’s what I like about it. The clean model is nice, but really looks like a toy.

That’s lovely to read. I’m glad the videos are enjoyable!
Great workmanship, I wouldn't be that patient.
Thankyou. Yes unfortunately it does demand quite an intense level of concentration
Fantastic as always george
Thankyou good sir
Happy to see you've found the wonderful world of Endown Valley customs! They make great stuff & I've recently commissioned them.
Yes it’s great that they’re growing such a large range
I'm all fingers and thumbs so great work.....
Thankyou, you may notice how shaky my hands are in a few of the shots this week..

It could be wrong, as I’ve lost my reference photos, so just going with where the pre drilled holes were!

Thanks mate, I ended up with 10ba nuts, bolts and washers, after contacting the buyer of the coaches and asking what he planned to use!
Mate. What a cracking job. Kind of regretting selling them to you now! 😂
I’m glad you did, you did the parts I don’t like 😂
@@GWilliamsonModelsthey are looking great. Ever tempted to do the tiny green lining?
@@colinlea009 nope 😂

Ah yes that sounds about right!
Speak to them at ^Worsley works, as they can normally send you what you need for the boogies
It’s not an issue, I’ve since bought 10ba nuts, bolts and washers, and the coaches now happily run about on the layout
