    Hunter a nice humble guy. Just keeps his head down and works his ass off. Very refreshing and nice vibes.

      Actually he’s the opposite of humble, which is ok. He knows he does a great job.

    How many sets you did on each exercise Hunter ? Are still doing one top set and one back off set on big compounds like squat and leg press ? Thanks !

    So the leg extensions at the end with the drop sets is that a shaping exercise or a mass exercise? They are pumping as much blood into the muscle there to do what?

    I don’t understand the puking doing legs ??.... why does that happen?... I train legs on empty
    Stomach on weekends and I feel I do high volume and heavy and I have never felt the feeling to puke.... what is the science of this phenomena ?

    • @IliaNakaidze
      @IliaNakaidze 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Lots of blood goes to your leg muscles and enough blood isn't available for your digestive system, which causes vomiting/nausea.

    • @cocopop111
      @cocopop111 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      why doesn’t everyone have that problem?.... I know
      Many who train legs but don’t puke?....is there a threshold you have to reach before it happens?

    • @IliaNakaidze
      @IliaNakaidze 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@cocopop111 it's different for most people. Some don't feel anything at all but the more intense you train, the more you will feel like puking.
