Thanks Joe and Hunter. Love the content and all the little nuggets of gold in there like the wider feet positioning and play in the hack squat to get the ROM on point.
@Strongaholic Make sure to watch the channel of a guy called mountaindog1 he s like 51 and has the Best Legs i ve ever seen i learned a lot from his video s he s been training Legs for 30 years

@@franckthetank4977 I went to Fitness Trainer University in Berlin for 6 months 6 hours per day, And I learned from the Trainer and personal Experience now that Weighted Sqats are WAY better for Leg growth then Leg Press 3 x 30 Sqats with 60 Ibs do more for my Legs then Leg Press with 280 Ibs for 8 Reps I got a Guy at my Gym he s an Olympic Lifter Guy 25 years old does Sqats since the age of 12 and he has the Biggest Legs ive seen on a Natural and All he does is Sqats with 240 Ibs. He also eats like a Bodybuilder and has a Bodyweight of 200 Ibs. mountaindog is the Man i have all the Respect in the world for him he shows us that You can do the Sport till High age and that Old School Exercises are the Best.
Thanks for your story ... interesting .. I’m also a natural forever athtlete and I know how hard to get size . I managed to be 245 pounds fir 5ft 11 within 34 years . I stay pretty lean and eat clean all year around . I’m trying to keep my “ off season “ weight close to my on stage weight.. around 8 to 10 kg max. What’s your goals in fitness ? Talk later on
Joe here's a question. Why does Ramy need Neil Hill? Surely Ramy would only need someone to help him come in shape, he has all the muscle in the world.
Please video person I'm begging you. If you're training legs, focus on what the trainer is talking about. Let's see the hips, knees, ankles in action so I can have the visual of what the trainer is speaking about.
@@eddierodriguez4271 I like a mix of both IF thats even possible. Some knowledge some jokes, some heavy workout, Thats why i watch Seth Feroce and the mountaindog1
