I'm about a mile from our Ocala office tried to get in several times they won't let me work inside the building but the W@H gigs you have to be at least 50 mile radius from the building to take calls. Their main competitor, another local large call center , hired me thru a temp service last year then immediately let me go right when the training process was done....apparently both companies operations managers are tough to get in with, turnover is high--be aware--so congrats to you all, who got the jobs!! :)
Apple should provide all equipment.My mother got hired on with them at $16.50/hr(w/previous call center experience) for tier 1 and they gave her a 21.5 inch mac along with a keyboard and touch pad.After she switched to chat they gave her a second monitor to do dual screen chats.After 2 years shes making about 18.90 and is about to be promoted to a tier 2.Which will be an extra %5 raise for going to another area plus 4 or 5 dollars extra for tier 2.The pay is great along with the benefits and getting random gifts or "swag" from apple in the mail. I've applied a couple times with no luck but apparently they hire some people who aren't the sharpest tools in the shed so I have no idea what they're looking for.

Concentrix has a contract with Apple just like Kelly connect and Teleperformance. Apple does not have work at home. You work at their call center in Corona Ca.
