Greenz nThingz I just left Sitel. They are legitimate but my experience has gone way downhill since I started in 2012. I worked for a campaign that stayed with us for 4 years but they decided not to renew so I've been on this merry go round for the past year jumping from temporary campaigns to seasonal campaigns with lengthy breaks in employment in between. HR was constantly giving me wrong info. They messed up my start dates for 2 campaigns. Also, twice, I was told that my campaign was ending when they weren't supposed to let me go so they had to call me back in to work which Messed up my unemployment. They told me I needed to buy a laptop for my next campaign so I spent my last on a laptop when I was in between campaigns and didn't have a paycheck coming for 3 weeks and when I ask about when we'll use our laptops they say I don't need one. Who told you that? Lol. HR!! and they take advantage of agents who are eager to get off of phones by fake promoting us to subject matter experts without the pay. SMEs were paid $14/hr but they withheld the promotion until the campaign ends then youre right back at square one. I could go on but there are good things too. They provide all equipment, no phone line necessary, benefits. .you earn pto but you can't use it if you're on a temp/seasonal campaign. Which for me was all year. Let's put it this way, I made a total of 4600 from Jan through May because of their foolery. I'm working for Nordstrom at home right now. So much better.
I can not thank you enough for all of the information you provide in your videos. I just want to say that I landed a great work from home job starting in September from the information that you have provided. I must admit this Lady is smart and informative. She gave some nice information and she is very good on the eyes.
I have work at home for liveops, sitel, and uhaul. I didnt really care for liveops bc its pretty much .25 per minute but you are an independent contractor. Sitel was the work at home position I worked the longest and it was full time hours starting out at 9.00 but you get raises and depending on which campaign you're working for you get comission as well and all eq is included and good benefits. Uhaul starts at 9.25 and at the time I worked they were only hiring for part time. I recently just got hired on with Kelly Connect contracting with apple and the start at 11.00 I am in my training phase so hopefully everything goes well. However I am going to apply for the apple chat team ;-) thank you so much for the plug girl!

Update: Apple pay varies by location. Hourly rate for chat team can be a little less than $17 or significantly higher.

Thanks for your willingness to share legitimate job leads Toni. When it comes to work-from-home jobs there are so many misleading rabbit holes one must try not to fall in as well as the scams lurking around every corner. If you don't mind me asking, what production software do you use to make your videos?

Sitel's pay way wage is based on the campaign that you are assigned to. However, all positions I've seen start at $9/hr. (current employee)
girl pls give me the real unbiased info...I need the truth
Most campaigns start at $9. I have only worked one campaign so i can only accurately tell you about my campaign. So like i said starts at $9, paid training, and they do provide the equipment. If you want stability and flexibility this isnt it. They advertise you pick your own schedule, but "forget" to mention shift bids. So your schedule will likely change every 3 months. The team you're on isnt even stable. Ive been here for 9 months and have been put with 5 or 6 different coaches. They have bonuses and it used to be daily, but even those have stopped. Now we get incintives that last for a week to a month. They do have bigger bonuses available. Ive recieved $300 christmas bonus and a $200 performance bonus. They also have bonuses for meeting metrics. The coaches are awesome, understanding, and really fight for you. The only complaints I have is the pay (its not a living wage for a single mom) and the lack of flexibility and stability in the scheduling.

+mswhit depends on campaign. so again I can only talk about the Choice campaign. 6mos after you get out of training you get an evaluation and that gives you 25 cents. after that it's every year.

Very nice presentation.
Enterprise is a great company for work from home for those of you looking. Even though they externally hire for customer service only, there is a lot of room for advancement if you're willing to work hard. Two months will make my 2nd anniversary working there and in my time there I have achieved 2 promotions and still work from home, so the opportunity is there is you're willing to put in the work!

Most work at home job descriptions will include a city and state however you will want to disregard this information unless it states otherwise that the position is location specific. I do not currently have information on which cities or states pay the highest but you have just give me an idea and cause for some more research. Thank you.

I worked for Apple through a temp agency called Kelly Services. They have a website that lists the open positions. Not all the positions listed are work at home jobs, but this is a place you can look when trying to get into Apple Chat. They do supply the equipment you need for working with them and the pay was $10. an hour in Tx. I hope that helps you in finding the Apple Chat jobs.

Working directly for APPLE will allow you to earn the highest rate for this position. I have this chat position available as a contractor and it pays almost $13/hr.

I just looked up Apple. Apple is ONLY hiring those who are students who are attending specific Universities in specific cities/states. Perhaps I need to call Apple and find out, but a few minutes ago the at Home Advisors is only for those who are students who are attending Universities. So, HOW can TH-camrs are NOT stating THAT FACT?
Hi, the At home advisor position opens then closes again. Currently the positions that they have are for College students but once the position opens again it will be open to everyone. You can sign up for their job alerts and receive an email once this position is available again. You'll want to remember that these positions open and close just as brick and mortar positions do so every few weeks the information from the links will be different.
rochelle hawkins I was tier 2 with Apple through Concentrix and student status was not even mentioned, nor a requirement
I am a student and I live in California haha
rochelle hawkins I check it all the time. It opens during a hiring event, then closes when they have enough apps on file. The chat position used to open up all the time but now they work with outsourcing call centers like Kellyconnect and concentrix, Sutherland... and they give them the chat positions. Unfortunately you get paid much less that way. I won't work for another outsourcing company because I can't settle for the job insecurity and low pay when I know that these companies pay their direct employees fairly. I was hired through kellyconnect for the chat position but it was only part time and for $11/hr, I needed full time so I didn't take it even though I wanted to. Apple is hiring for work at home customer support right now but it's not the chat position. The college based positions are always there but the regular customer service positions stay up for a little while then they go away until next time. Hurry up and catch it if you're interested.
