    I am totally with you on all counts with Ovations. Especially the percussion. I bang on mine, too, and no other guitar has ever reacted like Ovations do. I also like the slimline necks. Really fast to move around on. My oldest is a 1968 and my newest is a 2017, along with 6 others. All are USA, and represent every decade they have been produced. Yeah, that makes me old.. and it's almost impossible to name an elite artist who hasn't used them at some point or another-- an aspect that makes it great to see younger guys like you still keeping them out front. Which, by the way, you do a GREAT job with! Nice to meet you! I wish I could mix my thumps and twangs like you do!

    Reggie,
    You play the guitar with the sardine lid that have the percussive sound that is and sound awesome. I wonder if ACPAD was created by your unique playing style, sharing with the world your guitar setup and playing style concept, with your guitar. I believe this invention potentially was put into action, because of your unique creativities in your playing abilities. If that is the case I am so sorry it wasn’t you, because as I follow you I knew sooner or later someone would come up with similar concept, and sure enough ACPAD, have been born. Get back as I like to hear from you.
    Thanks,

    • @guitaro5000
      @guitaro5000  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Some people say I may have inspired the creators to come up with it. But I don't have anything to do with the ACPAD. Furthermore, many people have told me that the simplicity of my sardine can snare is what gives it its charm. For this and many other reasons, I've stuck with it all all this time.
      Thanks for watching and supporting all these years, Dan!

      @@guitaro5000 I’d like to hear in the future from inventor Robin Sukroso that because of you he became inspired and motivated to create the ACPAD, as I am certain 100% that was the case and to compensate you for your unselfish means to allow the opportunity on anyone to develop such concept. Best of luck! Reggie, I love what you do with allowing people to sing while you play. Goya cans are the only cans that can get me that sound. But they are not distributed in every single country. So I should probably travel with a spare can just in case.
