There was no song, there was nothing likeable about the main character since she never seems to struggle, and the story elements failed to tie in together. Like they're a huge ass corporate, they have the money for it.

We also have a mung bean and lotus white mochi-like skin moon cakes 🥮. It’s very interesting that foods served during the Mid-Atumn Festival has always been around family and traditional seasonal ingredients. The moon cycle affects the meat full/ thin of the crabs 🦀, that’s unique that it is featured in the Mid-Autumn Festival dishes. Guys, the HK mooncakes are still the best,my favourite filling has to be red bean, Kee Wah and Wing Wah Bakery are good, my favourite is from Tai Tung Bakery. However the ice cream mooncakes from Hagan Daz are legendary. Living in England, we have all the traditional ones from HK, but some local Chinese bakeries are doing healthy versions with black seasame, matcha, mango, pumpkin, oolong tea flavoured fillings. Love watching your videos.

I'm definitely going to check out both the movie and the restaurant. Those dishes are skill-type of dishes and hard to make at home without years of experience. As for the mooncake, my go-to is always Wing Wah white lotus with a single yolk. Best yolk and has the best balance of sweetness. But I will try Kee Wah maybe next year just to compare. But $80 is too expensive. I think you got it last minute since when I got it mid-September it was only $44. I heard the HK brands were pretty much sold out by October or and some of the stores that still had it jacked up the prices. Thank you for this video. Can't wait for the movie.

I love experiencing the traditions of other cultures. Especially by way of food and ceremonies. Much like turkey monopolizes Thanksgiving - the moon cake is the must have for this holiday. I was clueless on where to go and which moon cakes to buy. I did my best to research and survey opinions. In the end I scooped the two boxes of Kee Wah Mooncake I saw 99 ranchmarket . I know the regular size is lotus seed paste with no yolk. I got the mini 8 piece gift set. I don’t see any where what flavor they are but I see yolk inside. I was kind of worried about how the yolk would hit me. I was surprised the filling made up 95% of the cake. The cake is like a shell to the filling. I really enjoyed the ones I tasted and look forward to more.
I can’t help but see a parallel of the movie “Over The Moon” and Chinese culture and buoyed by the success of Abominable (actually Tibetan perhaps Chinese cultural appropriation) with the Mexican motif culture Book of Life and Coco

Who the hell would make that even a movie. It’s a joke, the animation is so haphazard and the story doesn’t make sense and I studied film and animation techniques pretty throughly. It’s not gonna be nice watching it. but even I know the moon legends of Chinese lore because I’m Chinese and grew up Chinese, that movie is probably some white boy trying to do what doesn’t need doing. Guys, the HK mooncakes are still the best,my favourite filling has to be red bean, Kee Wah and Wing Wah Bakery are good, my favourite is from Tai Tung Bakery.
