Recumbent Trike Group Ride Burpengary Narangba Norfolk Lake 1

I shot this footage for this video back in August last year and for various reasons never got around to making the video. My good friends Peter and Veronica , Gary and Georgia joined me for this ride. As Gary and Georgia live in the neighbourhood they knew all the tracks and scenic spots to view. We meandered through the local suburban streets, travelled on some bush tracks, at one stage followed the railway line. We had a morning tea stop at the local shopping centre and lunch beside Norfolk Lake . We had lots of laughs along the way. We also managed to get home before the threatening storm. I shot all this video with one hand held camera, and believe me there was a lot of footage that I discarded. Will be going back to using two cameras next time. The highlight of the ride was seeing the 300 year old fig tree. So special. come along for a relaxing ride and some nice music.

Recumbent Trikes aren’t as common in Australia as in USA, but I think I have lucked out finding friends to ride with. I also have a couple of upright riders who ride with me from time to time.
