you didn't understand why togame went and beat up those other two members...
to explain, he didn't "go insane". togame thought that furin came to shishitoren's turf and that's why there's was a conflict. but he didn't know that the conflict stemmed from shishitoren picking on a middle school kid first. so he got angry that those other two members were bullies and came to beat them up, and take them out of shishitoren, because shishitoren is not supposed to be a "bully club" as sakura called them.
and now he's losing will for fighting since his gang has become a gang he didn't like, the entire event was due to shishitoren causing trouble, and he's not sure what he's been doing so far since things are just getting worse.
im glad the backstory did end up turning your opinion on him a bit, but yeah, Sakura needs to do something to snap him out of this...
