I honestly believe the agency put a hit on Juwon's family cause he always put them first. With his wife and kid outta the way, he'd be more available to go on missions without any distractions or objections. They didn't count on Hee Soo inheriting his abilities.

What's annoying is the anime doesn't explain he called him iron because the hunters Korean name translated to English is iron. Since he was a tank he has agro moves n although Jinwoo never wanted a human shadow he converted him solely because in life he was a bad person. Still a great animation just misses loads of immersive data such as the stat points n dagger debuffs he got from killing the boss.

Personally I think "Bridon" is an alternate spelling for "Britain" because due to censorship they couldn't directly referencing a country's name. Bridon is called “英都" in Chinese, short for "英国首都/Britain's Capital", followed the same logic, combining Britain and London, you'll get "Bridon".

Claymore is such an underated anime. Next two episodes are peak.

Orsay was going to kill Clare, as soon as Teresa was killed/dead/executed, likely having a knife hidden up his sleeve, to slit her throat, however, Teresa was aware of this, and confirmed it with her questioning of him, in what he was going to do with Clare, and so, Teresa had to live, to protect Clare and keep Clare alive, having a reason to live on now, as otherwise, she was likely going to let herself be killed/executed for what she did... ------------ Teresa of the Faint Smile, easily and instantly, disabled the entire ring of unknown X (too lazy to try to count them and/or identify them) Claymores... but now, the 4 strongest Claymores beneath Teresa are to hunt her down and execute her....

I can't believe that someone else had to explain the other reference that we were being given with 'Nax' - the island Theseus left Ariadne on in the original myth was Naxos. Easier let down than being left on an island when you were sleeping though.

"different"... lol) yep, a flashback of human Clare, before she became a Claymore, as we know her in present time (eps 1-4) and yes, as a flashback in time, there's a lot of questions... Teresa's status... how/why/etc... Clare becomes a Claymore... how much time has passed (from this flashback to present time), and etc etc etc.... lots and lots and lots of questions.... ----------- Claymores: Clare Elena (dead: mercy killed by Clare) // she became a Claymore at the same time as Clare, but Clare "graduated" first from their brutal training and conditioning as Trainees (the eerie light green flashback scenes in ep 2, of them locked up in the underground prison cells at the Organization's HQs in the eastern land Sutare, crying and holding each other in excrutiating pain, as they try/hope to get "used to" their new Claymore bodies), Clare was an "official" Claymore doing yoma slaying missions for awhile (some time before ep 1 when/where she then meets/saves Raki, same with Elena too, but Clare was doing it longer/first, but we just don't know how long Clare and Elena were "official" Claymores doing yoma slaying missions before ep 1, when Clare would then meet/save Raki), before Elena would be doing the same, Elena was asking/crying/wondering why she was losing control first before Clare, even though Clare was using her yoma powers for much longer, slaying yoma, while Elena was still stuck as a Trainee, until she would then "graduate" and joined Clare in being an "official" Claymore, doing yoma slaying missions, with Clare already having the head-start up on her Teresa of the Faint Smile ------------- Handlers: Rubel (Clare's) Orsay (Teresa's) ------------ Humans: Raki Father Vincent Galk Sid Young Clare Rig (and the rest of the bandits and their leader) ------------- Teresa: ~ "If you don't pay, then next time, no matter the request for help, no one will ever come" Teresa: ~ "You hear about it all the time, towns that don't pay, and a few days later, the entire town gets wiped out by a horde of yoma" Orsay: ~ "You make it sound like we're the ones who're sending the yoma" Orsay: ~ "Teresa of the Faint Smile, no matter the yoma, never having to use her yoma powers/abilities, never having her face distorted, always keeping the face of a doll, always having a faint smile, the most powerful woman/warrior/Claymore, no, the most powerful monster" -------------- Teresa: ~ "Oh, that's all you men wanted... (Teresa: no one can abuse/hurt/touch/etc Clare, no one, except for me, only I can do so, lol) ---------------- what is up with Teresa's body (is it the same for all Claymore bodies or just Teresa's specifically?), the bandits were completely turned off and even vomiting... Father Vincent (being clergy, a "learned man", back in medieval europe, being literate and knowing science, including medicine/anatomy/doctor-ing/surgery/etc) also saw Clare's body too (when she was injured and unconscious after her first battle with the voracious eater), but dared not try to do anything to it, except for bandaging it up, though presumably he wasn't grossed out by it and vomiting, at least not that we know of, but he was effected enough, that he dared not try to mess/fix/heal/surgery/etc with it at all... as he didn't want to make it worse, possibly doing more damage than healing/helping, only bandaging her up, instead... also, there was Rubel too, who inspected Clare's body (front side), after she got punched through the stomach by the yoma, mentioning that her closed/healed up hole was fine, along with "something else" being fine as well too... now, of course, Rubel's not going to be bothered at all by a Claymore's body, and he certainly has no "dirty/naughty" interests either... that's not Rubel, trust me... he has absolutely no interest in anything s'xual, that's not what the Handlers are about, this is Claymore, and not some ecchi battle shonen... laughs

ep 1-2: intro to Claymore world, the Yoma, the Claymores, the Organization, Clare, and Raki ep 3-4: still intro to Claymore world, and learning a bit more about the Claymores... ep 5+: now, Claymore truly begins, grins... rubs hands in excitement... hehe... ------------- two huge issues with this episode 4: 1. how the f does Galk, a mere/normal human, survive getting tentacle-finger impaled through his chest... lol 2. Raki grabs-catches the sword (given to him at the end by galk&sid) by its blade... ya, maybe it's a practice sword, and the blade edges are not actually sharp... but still... lol....

Most of Diabolos guild member were cocky and enjoyed toying around with their enemy but Suzaku quite different. He even respects his enemy. He is at least same level as Gildarts from Fairy Tail

this is the "I am Batman / Assassin's Creed" episode, laughs... ------------- stealth mission (uniquely) for Clare, as she was (uniquely) trained in stealth, deception, infiltration, and seduction (damnit Raki, we wanted to see "flirtatious pr0st1tut3" Clare... argh, lol) ---------------- Yoki Suppression Pills Clare's natural/human/original colored eyes are/were brown (as seen from the pills effects) ------------- Yoki: yoma (demon/monster) energy // anything with yoma flesh, has Yaki, so this includes Yoma and Claymores, both having Yoki ------------ Voracious Eaters: a super/bigger/stronger Yoma from eating lots of humans and living a long time -------------- Rimuto (or its bad translation: "Limt"): the leader of the Organization // he is NOT seen as a god by the Claymores, that was merely used as the pass-word/pass-phrase, for Father Vincent to know who's the Claymore that was sent to help him Sutare (or its bad translation: "Sutafu"): is the eastern land, where the Organization's HQs is located somewhere within // again, this was used as part of the pass-word/pass-phrase, for Father Vincent to know who's the Claymore that was sent to help him ------------- humans: Raki Father Vincent Galk (the GIANT human knight, lol, seriously, he's like 7+ ft tall... lol) Sid (the rude/a-h0l3 knife guy)

My theory for the ending is that everything that happens after Sister Paxton gets stabbed is actually a hallucination of hers while she's bleeding out and dying. This is possibly foreshadowed with all the talk earlier in the film about near death experiences. This is also why she sees the butterfly at the end, and then it disappears. It's also interesting that right after that happens the song during the closing credits is "Knocking on Heaven's Door" because Paxton is on the verge of death and is literally knocking on Heaven's door. Of course, the ending is completely left open to interpretation. It sort of reminds me of the ending of Inception (which I won't spoil in case you haven't seen it).

It was okay too much torture porn for my taste.

Thank you for watching TOWER OF GOD. It still have so many contents left to be animated. TOG is actually 15 years old (2010-2025). This can easily be a 10 SEASONS show like THE WALKING DEAD. The story and the quality of the comic will increase after this Workshop Arc, so I hope the anime would follow and give us good animation.
