Actually they call it BAKED ALASKA for reasons. You literally have to bake the sponge cake also the meringe

It’s burnt, and possibly raw. Hypocrite. Use italian meringue and use a blowtorch until golden. Only use one layer of cake, the focus should be on the ice cream. Mix sugar into the raspberries so they brake down before adding them, or use sorbet if you can.
