You're mad having a nitrous pressure gauge pointed at your leg/balls at close to 1000psi, if that gauge fails you are going to have a huge problem!!! You got bigger balls then me, I bought a electronic autometer nitrous pressure gauge and it is a mechanic sweep so the pressure sensor is on the bottle then it is only wires that go to the dash!!!
Yes. That particular one you can set for wide open throttle. There is grey wire coming from the module that you tab into your throttle position sensor harness which reads your throttle position. Once you reach 90% throttle, The relay is activated which then activates the solenoids
I’m doing a 150 shot wet, first time playing with nos.. when you’re wiring up the window switch, how does the switch control the nos system.. I get that they have relays, but do they tie into each other somehow? Seems complex like all the wires and a purge valve.. bottle heaters… ext… I’m a gear head.. but I’ve been known to melt a wire or two in my trials… just don’t Wana fry my ecu or anything
@@kevincrochet3427 I’ll be going with nitrous express.. but on the fence if I need a digital window switch or if a basic one will work just as well.. too bad someone hasn’t invented a box with solenoids inside you can just run all your wires into and it does the rest lol.. so excited to smoke a corvette with my g35
Steve Poops I’m personally running NX proton plus with the window switch and EZ progressive. Solenoids don’t get on until 3k, cut off at 6200, and also don’t activate until I’m at least at 95% throttle. Progressive takes 2.5 seconds to go from 20% to 100% so it’s not so rough on the motor. Got the purge and bottle warmer as well. NX offers all of it plus much more. And the proton plus is exactly what you said, basically a box that has wires running off it that you wire to your grounds and powers and relays. Super super simple. Check out their universal kits and you’ll see the proton plus kits on website.

Does this take place of the Mico switch or is that still needed?

@@kevincrochet3427 get a window switch. It will only allow nos to flow at whatever rpm’s you choose. And based on tps and rpm .. it’s much safer

The window switch is wired into the relay then the relay is wired to the solenoids
