@@KachnarChaudhary thanks for proper reply. Yes I take 1 cup/50g soya beans and boil it & I get 26g protein I also get 50g protein from sprouts which I thing y didn't mentioned in the video. I eat 1 cup dal daily also sometimes peanut butter. Chicken only once a week from which I get 50g protein.
Thats good, I wish all the best for your bright future. Also I did not mention sprouts for protein because 1 cup contains only 3 gms of protein. I mentioned beans as its a little higher in protein content 100 gms beans contain 21 gms of protein. Though we don't need to typically count each of these things just focus on eating healthy so it benefits your training.
