It's been my experience that intelligent energetic entities don't need to feed off human energy. That's an idea that stems from European occultism, similar to vampire~ism. Entities consists of what appears to be self perpetuating energy or a source outside of our realm. Even when they make themselves apparent, they don't come all the way into the physical realm. Everything that becomes matter degrades. Ain't no one trying to move into this realm unless it's their time to born.

Interesting, however it is only one perspective that a person worshipping a entity is "feeding " that Deity. Sometimes a person is worshipping a Deity for themselves to be spiritually fed.

Sorry it’s been so long and no one has answered your question! Generally, it is not recommended due to things like sex going on in the bedroom. If that is the only place that you have, you can set up the altar in a closet or a small one in a box that you can cover up when necessary. Or one of these room dividers would work great to separate it as well. I hope this helps! ❤️

Entities do not want to be worshiped or prayed to. The want to be respected and appreciated. Praying to them annoys them because one is placing a burden on them that's not theirs to carry or pay repentance. To see an entity that's burdened down with a bunch of mouths, that are asking for things that don't help heal the world, it's a really sad sight. Imagine someone like Jesus Christ, who was brutally murdered, having to carry the sins of the world into the afterlife for an eternity. No one deserves that. That's truly a horrific scenario. Besides, he did nothing that make him deserving of that, to make him a slave to the bad behaviors of humankind.
You should thumb nail this American Gods/Neil Gaiman. Those who watch the show will know why
