Sooo, i have a dilemma.. I'm getting my hair done the day before a date night with the hubs but that means i can't workout or else my hair will be a sweaty mess! Do you have any tricks to keep your hair intact? Lol

Im defeated. I can keep up with the running and then im defeated when the cool down isnt long enough to catch my breath. 😢 not sure how i fix that tbh. Edit: im back i really think its the tension from forcing myself to nose breath, tbh im just a natural mouth breather ive been a distance runner a long time and always mouth breath for better or worse ive noticed i feel better and can go harder while mouth breathing...ugh ill have to try this workout again another day ive really screwed the pooch getting myself so tense and the air hunger was just too much 🫠
Oh man! It’s a tough one! I’d say you should definitely mouth breath if you are running out of air on the runs! Either that or slow way down to where you can comfortably nose breath!
I hurt my leg and had to rest for a while. This workout helped me get back into the routine 🏃♀️
