By request, this is my clumsy attempt to show you how I play Gimme Shelter by the Rolling Stones! As stated, this is not a tutorial for how the song is originally played. It’s how I arranged it to sing and play on acoustic guitar by myself, so if that’s what you’re looking to do this might be helpful for you.
If you want to sing it in the original key throw a capo on the second fret.
I find these video tutorials awkward to do, bear with me as I get used to it. Hope you learn something!

Thanks for this man, I think a huge amount of us that are drawn to playing and studying music can relate to having depressive and lonely periods in our lives. It’s kind of a way to reach out and express ourselves, while simultaneously staying a little guarded if we want… anyway I’m glad you have something healthy to do while you’re going through it, keep at it! Maybe post stuff or hit some open mics, it helps!
