Finding what foods work for you is key. I'm from the south in the states and we cook differently from the rest of the world also. So when I was speaking with my dietician when i was a diabetic, I told her to give me a menu based on dishes I cook on a daily so that I would enjoy it. Everybody has different tastebuds and different diet restrictions. So finding what work for your body is key. Your on the right track on your journey and you will succeed. Good luck

Nazomm, I started following you when you were on your keto journey( I was looking for keto recipes), long before you went to pastry school , before marriage and the kids 😊. It feels good to see you back at it , in a much more sustainable way . I’ve also recently started my low carb high protein weightloss journey , I wish us good luck 😂❤

You want to be doing weight loss, when we need you to be giving us daily watering mouth dishes, both continental and intercontinental😅. And that could make you create Nazoms Kitchen or Healthy meals place somewhere in the world. Nice one, but i want to be eating too, just tell us to take slimming tea or coffee is enough for your typo.
lol, this is funny cuz I literally eat such meals too as they are still part of my diet even while still losing weight. I used to believe in those teas and coffee but they aren’t sustainable. Maybe one day I’d have my own cookbook that has a balanced approach to meals. I just believed there might be others like me that don’t want struggle meals but desire weight loss, and also do not want to cut out food groups. I’ll still share both kind of recipes.
Macros of each ingredient Total based on weight, added together then divided into the number of servings. I usually use MyFitnessPal to create the recipes and figure out the macros.
I also think you need to be careful of the videos you post so as to maintain your Authority, Respect and Oneness. If you can couple these 3 together and have a great understanding about them, you are just flying high.

I believe so too, nutrition for weight loss has to be personalized in order to be successful.
Its the peppersoup for me because of the vegetables. Portion control is key.
