    Sniping technology can increase dps 7.5% or range + 5% tracking evrey 5 sec. I tested tempest striker at 100km vs t10 scorpion and did 55k volly left him with 5%hull. I believe if you are hunting and your friend tackle for you before you warp you activate it and once you land you can have it 80% 100% full. Vs a long range ship that has no tank you might 1 or 2 shoot him is not the worst

    Please try to cover the general units and how some of them actually cancel out each other like tracking computer if you use both correction and efficiency

    Thx for the list, it's cool having more information about the implant, especially as they're kinda hard to get if you aren't flying bs or even caps, i paid to someone to Carry me and got lucky to get support projection in my first 3 runs it's good the effects but you loss a lot of damage using the special missiles so I only trow a couple shots in long range until I can get in regular range and turn off the implant, i think that the misile implant are a little bit underpowered by that debuf

      That’s not a bad idea. Hadn’t thought of that bc I normally am in my belli and try to warp in at the range I want to engage. I could see that being a really nice way to get a head start though!

      @@killmarkcollectors8440 yeah I'm a frigate pilot still upgrading small misiles, it's pretty fun when you're in a hunting fleet the implant can be pretty useful, but in solo you don't have a lot of damage and reducing that to use range misiles is useful but most of the time it's better take the risk orbiting closer and just use regular misiles

    Armor logi implant is actually bonkers it turns you into a tank. The Nestor is amazing logi tank with it, you get so much self healing and resistance. The self heal is not capped by the actual healing done like the shield one but the healing on base level allowing you to basically self heal and just put batteries and hardeners in low slots

    The really cool thing about high power coils is that it continues to build up its bonus while it is active. So it remains active for so long! I have 3 burst aerators fitted to my DD as well as a magnetic field stab for this reason alone. While the mag field stab is active it is building up bonus activations just as fast as it is using them!
    I do agree though that you really need to level it up before the damage buff is at all noticeable. It also chews through its own implant health bar too damn fast. So it is extremely supplement hungry

    Nice video. I think you should give Snipe another look. I use it frequently and it’s great. The first level is tracking speed, the next level give you the option for increased damage or range per level. In duels my nado 2 would charge up and alpha a BC to hull with the increased damage per level. At level 15 snipe tech really starts to shine.

    Warhead Charge really shines on Bombers with the bonus for specific damage type. Can get a Hound 3 to well over 1k dps with the right damage perk.

    Good breakdown but only looking at the primary stat on the implant is missing the point. Many of the implants are worth leveling to at least 15 to get the first passive boost.

    Lovin' these New Content Breakdown videos. I think you placed the High Powered Coil right where it belongs. Although, Rail BS pilots should know this is the Implant that's worth their time. At level 15 you can really become a shield melter with the Passive bonus to Heat DPS. I think you should give the Sniper implant a closer look. I was also disappointed with this Implant. I can tell you that even at level 15 you get the DPS bonus that can make your alpha strike DPS/Application/Range insane. Sniper Implant doesn't truly shine until level 30 but I think its one of the best PvP Implants.

    Really sad to see that the railgun implant with it's massive penalty on overheating offers far less upside than the passive effect on the laser implant. To fix this they could add 20% rate of fire while building heat.

      Turn off the rail gun implant before 100 heat. No negative sideffect. Works great for Naga and Rokh.

    Thanks for this, a great video on these implants. Especially for me, as I haven't been a fan of the concept since release. Some are extremely imbalanced in my opinion. Especially with so many ships still suffering from bonus and balance issues.
    The availability of these has been an issue as well, with some no longer available if you didn't purchase them with real money. Most of the newly released content from implants to the new assault/offense drones, are all locked behind instanced content you are forced to participate in to obtain the items. Would like to see some different options to obtaining these materials, like through Exploration maybe.
    The prices are still bonkers, so I won't be purchasing them anytime soon, but I think there's a few niche applications that are interesting.

    Good video. What are your thoughts on the passive skills of the implants. Bombard tactics has 25% passive speed increase to drones at lvl 15

    Concerning the laser implants, I know this video is a couple years old, but still:
    Focused Crystal seems weird to me. It's better used for sniping fits, since you can't afford to miss a single shot or you lose the damage bonus. If you brawl with large lasers, you WILL miss shots. At the same time, the activation effect gives you a temporary bump to your tank, which is useless cause you should be sniping and no one should hit you anyway.
    Pulse Crystal is MADE for brawling, since you need to be in NOS range to mantain the best possible capacitor levels to feed the implant.
    Out of the two, I like Pulse Crystal better.

    Idk, the 6 to 9 shots of the barrage feels a bit underwhelming tbh. an extender and/or DCU activation makes this implant fall flat. It has such a large recharge time at 24s to 30s per shot, while other implants are a few seconds to a couple of minutes. For me, the place where barrage should have been was the 9-12 shots it orginially got before the nerf. People complained that it was a huge DPS increase, but it was only for like 10s for a 4min+ cooldown.... But the focused crystal implant of 200% damage for 30s + a 50% sheild extender or 75% armor extender wasn't broken or considered OP.
    I do not understand why the power coils get a 50% slow on its railguns at lvl 30 while other implants, such as the barrage, gets a 20% slow at level 45... Like why do railgun ships need that much of a slow on a passive ability, while other implants needs 5x to 10x the investment for a worse slow with a much longer cooldown on an active ability? The implants needs fixing for sure, they are making specific weapon types flat out better than the others and that should hopefully change with the implant balance patch coming up shortly.

    Would be nice if the author of this video actually took his time to study the implants level 15 at most of the implants plus the general units that can be used. For example the sniping implant- every time you have maxed the buff you either shoot at 600km or shoot ridiculously strong shots. If you are talking about this only as solo pilot, I understand the “underwhelming “ performance, but In fleet it is different ball game.

    High power coil is def S tear due to loweing the resistance of the enemy on hit. Thermo is trash sadly.
