Hey ! So I wouldn’t recommend condensed milk. The beauty of this recipe is the freshness & Non Caramelised notes. Reduced / condensed milk will change the flavour profile of this recipe.

Hello ! Yes, you can.. :) just try to still use the thick bit, gives a creamy texture. Or even if you lightly whisk it and then use it.

Coz on Amazon it's nestle dairy whitener
Will work, just reduce the quantity of sugar slightly.. will be just as perfect. It is not the same. Dairy whitener has sugar added. But works
