What UV resin is used? I would assume the layers exposed to the uv light would harden, leaving a liquid center ,based this on the thickness of the resin pour in the letters, beautiful video

Hi, what Materials do they use? Its probably just Resin for the liquid filling. But the walls? Is it PLA, PETG? If its something else I'd really want to know how they print it without warping on such a huge surface area. Thanks for the vid

Vinyl stickers? Vase-Mode with massive layers? Bottom-Tier Creality parts? Unless these signs sit on a shelf, far away from light, heat, and moisture , they are just letter-shaped land-fill fodder.
미래 3D 칼라 레이저 간판 시대
간판 표면에 시트지를 투명 레진으로 덮는데 레진이 태양광에서 오랜시간 지나면 황변이 오던데 여기에 사용되는 레진은 황변이 없는건지 궁금하네요
우레탄 황변 , 아크릴 갈라짐. 폴리에스터 허옇게... 과연 뭘 썼을 까요??
이건 실내용일것 같네요.. 옥외용은 변색이 금방 될겁니다.
외부 2년 보장이고 탈색은 잉크(솔벤,UV)를 사용해 오랜기간 없습니다

Why don't they just use colored resin? Using colored vinyl cutouts just adds time, labor, and room for error.
I'm guessing it's probably because of color accuracy. To have all kinds of colored resin and to maintain it will be costly while creating mixture of few colored resin could result in color inaccuracies. Instead I think that printing colored vinyl is much easier and accurate? I'm no expert so I can be wrong😂

Although the state-of-the-art technology of 3D printers has emerged, we are still doing almost all of the process by hand. I don't think Ai technology will take away all human jobs. It's still a long way off. The world is still 'analog'.

Which polymer did they use to form the transparent front side of the letters?
Is probably a UV cured resin like the ones sold at hobby stores. The only harden when expose to UV light.

Besides the 3D printing this is mainly hand made, I hope this people are getting payed well, I mean if this was made in USA, Canada o Europe this sign will cost a fortune just to cover the labor cost. We need China so much. Chinese people are smart and hard workers.
