How to create incentive systems that align the interests of the individual with the overall beneficial outcomes for the organization or economy is a central issue of interest in business management and economics in general. In this video, we explore how token networks give us new ways to design and build incentive systems.

These videos are fantastic. Would be great if at some point you could cover Token Bonding Curves and Token Curation Registries etc.

No one can plan an economy. Operant conditioning "programing humans" can only go so far yet that dose seem to be the trend *heavy sigh*. Suggesting that a cooperation equilibrium is optimal and that a competitive equilibrium is sub-optimal seems over simplified to me. As well as the suggestion that one is more stable than the other. A system as vast and impossible to comprehend as a market will contain both cooperation and competition. Even in a system that supposedly incentivizes cooperation to benefit the "whole" over the individual by decentralizing authority will be susceptible to the free riders and illogical behavior of human beings. I fail to see how Krypto-currency will change incentive structures in any significant way that has not already been done by the spontaneous order of the free market as so beautifully illustrated by the James town story.
I enjoyed this video immensely thank you for making it.
