Damn it was going grouse hunting tomorrow but Mr. Boley goes and uploads a northern wisco walleye banger of a vid……plans have changed thanks Mr. Boley!!
Hey Tom Great video like always! Could you do a video on winterizing your boat and getting it ready for winter storage. My father passed away and I’m not sure on how to do this.
Tom, I know you've done some night videos but I think they have been very specific scenarios, (shallow rock walleyes in the fall etc.) Do you always pack it in with sunset or do you ever stay after dark? If so, do your tactics change at all?
Just an awesome tutorial on jig fishing. Like you said, a lot of us don’t have Live Imaging. With SI, after you waypoint the school, what is the best way to spot-lock your boat and set up your cast?
Would love to see a mississippi river update on where and what presentations are best suited for this time of year. Ive got a trip up to pool 5A next weekend and im hoping to get on some walleyes.
@@TheWakes120022they shouldn’t. I live on pool 7 and the water temps are about 70. Hasn’t changed much. With the cooling weather and rain coming, it might drop a few degrees
@@TomBoley I've been watching for a couple of years now and I can see the improvement. I'm guessing the road trip you alluded to in the video is to Leech Lake? Can we expect some WalleyeNow content for this next weekend?
Do you ever do a fall slabbing/vertical jigging show? We do lots of slabbing in 25-65 feet of water in the fall, not sure I have ever seen anyone do a show on slabbing/vertical jigging.
Great videos! Question, why fast over extra fast for jig fishing? Looking at new higher quality rods and am between med/lt fast and med/lt extra fast. Thanks
Forward-facing. You can catch fish jigging without it but you'll catch a whole hell of a lot more with it . Definitely a game changer, theres no overstating it.
@@TomBoley oh buddy it is indispensable. Too bad the threshold two entry is so high but that will change over time. My buddy has an a Garmin set up with the lvs32 that he is good enough to lend me. It really does teach you a lot about how to play a fish and what their mood is. It will lead to a lot more harvest and that concerns me a bit but other than that small caveat I honestly love it. Especially when ice fishing with my kids. Makes it so easy to engage them.
at 10:55 you says "there's one!" but there is nothing on your fish finder. Could you please explain how you read your fish finder to know when your about to get a strike.
Dudes got like 10 tablets all over his boat talking about I didn’t use this stuff for decades. But there’s a reason you’re using it now and not just bank fishing. The sonars doing most the work. This ain’t helping nobody.
Got a 12 lbs 31incher last weekend in like 8 feet, what a rush!
That's awesome! Congrats!
Nicely done! Those are the exact dimensions of my PB.
Thanks fellas! They've only been in my lake for 15 years so everyone around is convinced I got the record for the lake lol
That's a monster of a fish. My PB is from oneida lake NY and only 30" but that fish still took everything

These are the problems of fall. .... it's too short.
I have been seeing a lot of grouse this year!
Thanks for the great info, and videos always a pleasure to watch
thanks for a lil side imaging action, great vid
Hey Tom

Plenty of videos on that. Can even search for specific brands.

Great video Tom! Do you ever use plastics in the fall?
yep, my buddy Fred would always say "fish fry" before setting the hook. works great.
Absolutely love it!!!! 🤙🏼 How do you recommend I fish the river from shore for Walleye’s?
Dude! Just got MSI and I'm loving it. Thanks for your tips on the side imaging.

Kickass man.
Your content is amazing. Haven’t watched a video yet on TH-cam or the walleye now app that I haven’t learn something new. Thank you
Well thank you!
That's always been the goal... try to put out as much walleye info/content as possible.
Was hitting them in 4' of water on the Mississippi on Sunday. Dropshot jig with a soft plastic minnow, bite was crazy.
Thanks for the tips
Thanks for watching!
Another great video, awesome information !
Thanks for watching! I love this time of year!
Outstanding🎣

Just posted a video from there last week on TH-cam
@TomBoley I did watch that one I suppose, just curious if you think the conditions will change much by then.

Can't wait to pick up my 2090 next week from The boat center in Ramsey😊
Best boat ever made!
I can tell you're putting more time into editing, and it shows. Great video
Thanks..... I'm not super computer savvy but over the years I feel I have learned how to make a cleaner looking video

Tom you ought to come down to arkansas to walleye fish. I think you'd be surprised!
I know..... it's on the list

I think I smell a Leech Lake trip?
Soon!

Tom, what landing net is that? I looked on Kalin's site and found nothing. Thanks.
You should do some more fishing out west. Great content Tom!
I agree... fall is too short
Especially when your duck hunting and trying to catch some walleyes while it’s still nice, I caught a nine pounder on a glide bait last weekend.
Greta video, been trying a lot of these fall fishing techniques and it is not just producing Walleye, all species are eating it.
One of the best parts of fall is a lot of different fish will be in similar areas.... definitely makes it a fun time of year!

Definitely helps. .... I seem to learn a lot about fish by staring at it

Thanks I needed that you’re the man 😀
Thanks for watching!
Awesome job on the footage I like that wonky camera angle!!!!
What brand of boot are you wearing in this video?
Any chance you’ll head to Vermillion for a fall fishing show similar to your spring show!
Possibly..... super cool lake!
Incroyable sir , on a lowrance elite ti2 is it possible to see walleye on side imagine thanks sir ??? Nice video.
I've never used one ..... but if it has side imaging I'm sure you can see em!
Nice
Thanks for pointing out the one thing that is true. You dont even have to have electronics. Just makes it easier
Definitely don't need anything fancy to catch a walleye or two
Funny every time I use the mega live I catch fewer fish because I’m messing with it so much. 😆
Hey there..I really enjoy this content... which model warrior boat are you in?
2090 warrior tiller. Best boat I've ever owned..... by far
@@TomBoley nice! Thanks for sharing!
Not gonna lie I can’t see squat on your mega live snips. You gotta try garmin lol looks like humminbird is at the original panoptix level
Love it, Pow! Great video!

Do you fish with your 360 anymore?
I didn't put it on this boat.... there certainly are times I miss it

Did you and Mitch have a falling out?? Haven’t seen him in a video in ages 🤷🏻♂️
What kind of transducer mount is that?
He has it linked with everything else.
@duggaboy ? I asked what kind of livescope transducer mount/pole that is
He has the "kind" of transducer mount and pole linked with everything else.

Any luck freezing your dead minnows and using them when you dont need them alive?

Sonar never put fish in the boat……
@@sylvainlaurence1554 it does everything but that for you 🤦♂️. Just being spoon fed fish.
Ok step one buy a bunch of side imaging equipment 🤦♂️ c’mon man
To many screens on that boat! Takes the fun out of finding them with knowledge!! Fishing in a bath tub!!
Nice
