- This is my best 18 hole score on Wii Sports Resort. I got this a long time ago but never uploaded it due to youtube time restrictions.
This channel features instructional & highly edited video game guides, walkthroughs, speedruns and other uniquely transformative videos. My own personal gameplay, extensive editing & creative input are clearly added into each video, ensuring that all videos adhere to TH-cam's partner program guidelines. Yeah, I do golf for real. I used to play much more, but I've started playing again recently. It's my favorite sport to play.

I wish. I used to shoot in the low 70's (occasionally 60's), but I haven't been able to get out and play much in the last 16 months. I still really enjoy playing golf in real life, though.

I would recommend only swinging with one hand (probably right hand if you are right handed. I then would setup and bring the right hand back and up to about shoulder height without breaking/bending the wrist (I know this isn't like a real golf swing, but it's not necessary to do so since the game doesn't play like real golf anyway). Then just swing the remote down and through without bending or twisting your wrist and it should be pretty easy to hit it fairly straight.

I watch a bit of golf and I've heard both said. I usually prefer to call it an albatross, but I've heard both about equally over the years.
Awesome job. Albatrosses are the toughest to come by in my opinion. Takes a perfect shot from very long distance usually.

I have never ever got an albatross before. It’s either I get lucky and get it on the green and miss albatross by just 1 cm or the ball just totally flies across the green.

Yeah, that's correct. Some people use the phrase double eagle instead.
In golf terms, it means 3 under par for the hole. A birdie is 1 under par, eagle is 2 under par and an albatross is 3 under par. A hole in one speaks for itself.

Incredibly good, although you had the potential to be 23 or 24 under! My record is -15 and I can't seem to push past it. I'm going to try a couple of things from your video to help me increase my game, but it will take that plus a little luck to net a -21! Good shooting!

That's an awesome score. I know I could get at least -23 or -24 if I decided to play a game with 4 players where I control them all. That would give me many chances at eagles and aces. I just never wanted to do that because then I can't really record the run which is the only reason why I'd want to play it.
packattack04082 I’ve tried the 4-player game strategy, but it rarely helps break -18 because there’s no way to ensure that one of your Mii’s has the best shot at it. Good practice strategy, but you’re spot on with a clean recording. Heading down to play now!

It was hard to play this style of golf. But with hand stance and skill, I got the knack of golf.

I've got a -15, and I swing the wii remote with both hands, (Tip: Don't swing the remote hard, or your ball will fade to the left or draw to the right.) (Tip 2: To get backspin, try swing under your club set up, (You'll end up with more power, but with backspin, it'll be even.)) And connect the strap to your arm all the way. (If you ask me, the way I described it, it works for me.)

Impressive, my master....the best I got was -18 which I'm happy with. You play the same as I do, but you seem to get better backspin with your irons. My only goal now is albatross on one of the par 5's.

Nice going packman....I remember you from the TW days. I have been playing TW11 and now TW12 on the Wii. We get to play Augusta now. Wii resort golf is fun but there is just not enough depth to it.

Sorry mate, I noticed that your hole flags are in different positions on the green from the ones i have in my wii resort golf. Do you know if they change everytime you start a new match? And did you ever manage to score an albatross? By the way great match, pity for that unlucky shots at hole 14 and 18, your score could have been even better.

your putting is perfect...i still think you'd have more touch in your long game with two hands... your power isn't always how you like it to be....thats why you hardly chip in.
nice score though. i think 21 under is fair to say because of the lucky early on the first and that unlucky flagstick hit on 18.
on 2 of the other par 5s eagle is a possibility...i guess without becoming a total freak and trying to hole out every hole, you could go to about 24 under without lucky hole outs

When I'm was playing Hole 18 wind speed was 0 m/s then that was so lucky get shot 2 Albatross last year but I'm didn't have game capture maybe I will get a that I'll promise

Not to rain on your parade(because I'm not, and I can't get this good in one game), but I could probably do better if I got lucky with wind and all. I once(or twice) got -11 on the back nine, and my high score on the front nine is -8. I just have to combine those for that Ace of Clubs stamp xD. But all in all, pretty good. I bet it took you a looong time to get this good :P. Regarding how you hit, I basically hold the Wiimote horizontally and swing the in the same way. Ever got Albatross on 12?
