My step-dad and I have played a lot of Wii Sports golf over the years. But I have to say, the courses do get old after awhile. It would be sooo nice to be able to design your own courses on that game!
Man, this game was my childhood! A perfect one for me playing on my Nintendo Wii console. To bad after I moved to New York and went all the way back here in Florida, now I don't have it anymore.😥😞 And I'm retrieving the old memories since 2010.😅😂😂😅
Is it just me who prefers wii sports resort graphics. Also, why does this game exist, wii sports resort had such better games! I would love to see the same games (maybe a few more) all improved eg. bigger island flyover, more golf courses etc etc.
The "peptalk" in my club is also annoying. When you go in a bunker, there is always someone saying: "We're not going to the beach. :)" In water it's even worse: "Golf balls can't swim, you idiot." I say things like: "Good shot!" and "A birdie! I can't do that!" (i can, but it's peptalk)
Good remake,but in the end it’s just a redux of the original. That’s not inherently bad,and you’re entitled to still like it,it’s just not the best. And that’s okay.

edl411 take a look at a real golf course. Resort was imo a very well designed course that you would see in a course. With some exceptions such as hole 7 and 8. But the course in lakeside dosent follow these rules of being real. There’s lots of oddly designed fairways and the way greens sit aren’t very realistic. Sure you can have some crazy courses but club goes back to how the original wii sports did it. But larger. Look at the similarities. The original had holes with multiple islands to shoot to. Or super skinny holes like hole 8. That’s what he means

That's longer than 99% of holes on the PGA tour and some years it is the longest.And the holes with multiple fairways towards the hole where a bad shot could still end up fine. Resort did it pretty good, though I wish they made more course options. Playing the same 18 over and over gets boring sometimes.
Glasterz I always saw resort as what other games needed to follow. I love club. Albeit very difficult it’s fun. The course for club is like you said. Wayyy to weird with fairways. It’s fun but if club followed how resort did holes it would be much better. Also for resort. Mix in the special course if you haven’t already. The holes definitely aren’t what you’d call realistic. But I find playing 18 then hitting through 21 is fun.
