I just gave birth 3 weeks ago... 😄 and what I changed during pregnancy... I started walking every single day! I started out with 20min and worked up to around 50min on average, then at the end came back down to 20-25. Walking was a Lifesaver, mood booster, insanity saver, and kept me in great shape even when I could no longer "exercise". Highly recommend! Also best in the morning to give you an energy and mood boost.
Thank you so much for the realistic approach here. Pregnant with my 2nd and there's no way I couldn't pick up my toddler for 9 months! I've been meaning to work exercise back into my routine too so thank you for reinforcing the importance of that for me.
Thank you so much for your videos! I watched them throughout my first pregnancy and they were a LIFESAVER!!! Yall are amazing for continuing to do these! I'm so happy for you! ❤
I don’t have an Instagram. Currently 3 1/2 months pregnant with my second and my son turned 2 a couple weeks ago. I’m soooo excited, but also nervous for how he will do with a sibling. There’s nothing that makes me think he’ll hate it, I just know it’ll naturally be a huge adjustment for him. Love your videos and how they helped me as a first time mom and even now as we grow our family. I recommend you to all my mom friends! Thank you for all you do🤍🤍
I don’t have instagram but I am also pregnant with number 3 and due in May!! It’s always nice to have a refresher. This time around I’ve really tried to be more active, despite the nausea 😅
No instagram for mental health as well. Just had my little guy 7 weeks ago but watch all of your videos throughout pregnancy. I was nervous about everything in pregnancy after 4 consecutive miscarriages. I followed all the guidelines and also took a non synthetic form of folate in my prenatals. I had to do progesterone suppositories and take baby aspirin. Thankfully we finally have our rainbow boy and he is the greatest joy in life 💕
I had always wondered how it would be like carrying a baby in my belly, being a mum and if my body would be able to handle it. Fast forward to 3 years later, I have 1 and 3 year old boys and I'm so grateful and thankful for the gift of being a mom.
I don’t have an Instagram that I look at very often! 😃 With my second pregnancy, I was able to continue working out all through my pregnancy (which I didn’t do with my first) and I think it really helped me keep moving, feel pretty good throughout pregnancy and even postpartum! I also take lots of naps and go to bed extremely early, which helps a lot and you mentioned in this video! I also ate a lot less in my second pregnancy and realized I didn’t need to eat as much (as if I was eating for two haha); in that pregnancy, I didn’t gain as much weight and that helped me to keep moving around as well 😅
Great video! I don’t have an instagram anymore bc of self care reasons but one thing I loved about my pregnancy & I’m exited for the next pregnancy is 1) to feel those little flutters and kicks and 2) the absolutely joy I felt/will feel meeting baby on their arrival!!! 🥰
Thank you for these videos! I just got a positive test after one round of letrozole (due to PCOS) still can’t believe it happened that fast 🤯 I will keep watching this series for sure 😅
I just had my third baby. This is the first time I've had a baby with older kids (5 and 7) already. The thing that made this pregnancy so exciting was seeing my kids in awe about their growing sister. So fun to see them delight in her.
Not trying for nr 2 yet, but watched anyway. I love Emily Oster! As an autistic person, I always want to know WHY one should or shouldn't do this or that. So I loved learning about the real data and risks behind the recommendations, and that made me very relaxed. I see so many people freak out about recommendations, thinking that they'll miscarry if they drink a coke (with caffeine) or something ridiculous like that. Everyone needs to be better informed, not just be told "you can't do X"
I eat fairly clean so I didn’t change much during pregnancy. I have had 7 babies and when I first find out I’m pregnant the first thing I dread is that I have to go though labor again!! Lol I have home births so the pain is real!! I thoroughly enjoy feeling baby move around and always look forward to seeing baby on ultrasounds!!
I don't have an Instagram. Thankfully, I had really great pregnancies! Honestly, by the time my kids due dates came, I was just so excited to meet them! I'm so thankful I was able to give birth to such wonderful kids! They are truly the light of my life.
I am expecting with baby 3 as well, congrats to your family! This has been my most anxiety invoking pregnancy--my HCG was going up only 30% for 4 blood tests at the beginning and my doctor rightfully thought it was a miscarriage or ectopic. I asked for a 5th blood draw before stopping progesterone and my HCG doubled! Im so thankful to God for providing this little one and showing how in control He is. Just nervous with how everything started but so thankful. I dont have an instagram handle.
Very nervous to start trying for baby #3. Had preeclampsia with #1, retained placenta found at 5 months postpartum with #2. I definitely made sure to drink more water and move more (chasing a toddler around helps) with my second pregnancy. Grateful for all of the tips and info you have provided through my pregnancies that I have been able to share with others as well. Thank you for keeping it real and relatable!
No Instagram here. The first time I was pregnant, the thing that made me most nervous was the fear of miscarriage. Thankfully, our first baby carried to term and is now a feisty 2-year-old. Unfortunately we lost 2 pregnancies this year and now we're waiting awhile to try again. In the meantime, trying to get healthier in general, take a better prenatal vite and cut out processed junk as much as we can. Love you guys! Congrats again on your new little addition ❤
I am currently 19 weeks along with my first baby, I’m really excited for the day I get to see his little face in person. I can’t wait to see the traits he gets from both of us! Though I will say I am the most nervous for the actual birthing process fingers crossed everything goes smoothly. You both have really helped me ease the fear and anxiety through this whole process so thank you for that!
Thank you for the realistic application of these common “rules” during pregnancy! Currently on the verge of ttc for the first time and this video gave me the extra motivation I need to work out today. I would love a rundown of your favorite perinatal exercises 🥰
Just found out I’m pregnant with my third around the same time as you guys!! Excited to walk through this journey week by week. Nervous about postpartum, both my experiences were tough, hoping third time is the charm:)
We just found out a few weeks ago that we are expecting baby #2! I’m so excited to be walking this journey alongside of you! I so appreciate the information you provide and the “realistic” advice. Right now I’m just trying to survive the first trimester with my toddler, but I’m looking forward to feeling more normal and having more energy to be active soon. I just can’t wait to see my daughter be a big sister! Hope you have a very Happy Thanksgiving! ❤ (No Instagram)
I only have one kiddo and one thing that was exciting was the fact that there was a little human growing inside of me and couldnt wait to see what features they got from me and what ones they got from dad. If we do have another little, I think I would be nervous about balancing the pregnancy with a toddler 😅. Also thank you guys for sharing your journey! ❤
Hello, hope all is well for both and happy late thanks giving! During my pregnancy I wasn’t able to eat any red meat for some reason. But what did help was eating chicken. I also had to sleep with the pregnancy pillow in order to have a good night rest. The most important thing that changed during my pregnancy was reading to my little one when she was inside. When I learned the baby was able to listen to what I was saying. It just made everything more special and at the time I was in nursing school. She would listen to my lectures even the big textbook reading. Now she is turning 3 in January and maybe because I read so much to her, every time we go to Circle (target) she wants a doctor set, or the doctor bandage set. Little kids really are sponges. Don’t have a instagram .
For both of my pregnancies, I gave up all soda for just water and the occasional lemonade/etc, and gave up deli meats and soft cheeses. I also stopped all of my pain management medications (permanent nerve damaged) before trying while starting on prenatal vitamins. I had two easy IUI's, two pregnancies filled with getting sick 3+ times a day from week 5 until they were born, a scary emergency c-section, and a successful VBAC, and 2 AMAZING boys! My first is just a few months younger than your first, so I watched your videos the whole way and have loved your content and watching your family grow alongside ours.
I just got notified of this post today and we confirmed our first pregnancy yesterday!! So I went from excited to now nervous and lil scared. I don’t want to gain any more weight! I’m aiming to lose some weighty first trimester. Let’s see what happens. Thank you for the wonderful advice!
I am 28+3 with baby #2! It really just feels like my body doesnt agree with pregnancy. I want so badly to feel good when I'm pregnant and I just can't for the most part. I sleep so much, I have extreme insomnia this time around. I went off of work at 7 weeks pregnant due to the sickness and also extreme panic attacks. My pregnancies have been traumatic due to the severity of my symptoms and it's really hard for me to exist being pregnant. Thankfully we have decided that we are done after this baby and my husband will be getting a vasectomy, along with me likely getting an IUD. Send prayers that the rest of my pregnancy goes fast please. ❤
After 23 years i am pregnant with my 2nd baby i have a daughter, shes 23 years old and now im 30 weeks pregnant. Im scared 😊 but thankful that God is blessing us with another baby girl.. never loose faith
Love your videos and congratulations on your pregnancy. I am currently almost 10 weeks pregnant with our 4th baby after several losses so that is what I am most worried about- getting through this 1st trimester!
Thank you for this video🙏 and congratulations on baby #3 ❤🥳 May you have a happy pregnancy and positive childbirth experience💫 Also, that little clip at the end is so cute😃😃🥰 very much real life!
Amazing video! I don’t have an instagram either but I have a 6 month old and during my pregnancy, your videos were such a great resource. From waiting for the positive test to labor, thank you so much for your guidance, keep doing this !!
I am 21 weeks pregnant after an early third trimester loss and the thing that makes me nervous about this pregnancy is the fear of another pregnancy loss. Things I'm doing differently this pregnancy are being more strict about my diet, cutting out sugar intake, walking at least 4-5 times a week, and just trying to be more mentally positive and stress-free. ❤️
Love this giveaway idea, you guys are so awesome! No Instagram. Thanks for this video too! So informative. One thing I am really worried about is the weight gain this time around. When I was pregnant with my first I gained over 60lbs. I’m only 5’1”, so it was and looked very uncomfortable. That, and my edema was pretty bad near the end as well. I didn’t have preeclampsia, thank goodness, but I was definitely worried. I’m going to try my absolute hardest not to give in to my cravings. The hunger was completely overwhelming, so I’m hoping I can satiate my appetite with healthier alternatives.
@@TheDoctorsBjorkmanI’m also 40 years old…could you please release some videos on any specific concerns or any advice for me to the safest pregnancy/delivery as possible?? I’m excited and a little nervous because of my age. I’m due in June 2025.
Thank you so much for this video and the raffle! I don't have Instagram but something that worries me about my second pregnancy (I'm in the two week wait period) is the first trimester nausea and fatigue. My first time around, I felt like I needed to work with only half of my brain capacity. Brutal.
@theholycowmama Love your videos! The mental anxieties that come with being pregnant are usually the hardest part for me! Whether it’s before the first ultrasound, reaching visibility, and then all the signs of baby’s upcoming arrival at the end!
No instagram . She is my rainbow baby . I’m loving the whole pregnancy so far . Oranges are my go to fruit , food made by my chef husband. He is spoiling our daughter already . Couldn’t be more thankful.
1) No Instagram 2) I was so nervous in my first trimester about baby well being, so I used home dopler once a week. And my relief came when I felt baby movements daily
The wait time between the positive pregnancy test and the first ultrasound! Im in the middle of that and I don’t know what to do to let the time pass by quicker. This is my #2 and inevitably it’s a bit different because I have some more stressors starting off with having a toddler being a 2 year old all day long making the house a bit more chaotic. So I worry about worrying because we are not supposed to have stress! I dont have instagram but I have an email. I enjoyed listening to the portion where the more realisic view of life happening takes over the ideal way to carry a pregnancy. I hope I don’t look back wishing I had done something different because many things I cannot control in this second pregnancy.
Happy Thanksgiving 🙏🏽🙌🏽 No IG. Something I’m nervous about this pregnancy (officially 37 weeks 🙌🏽) we have a scheduled c-section this time around. May need a cyst & my tubes removed. Thank you for your videos & sharing all the great information! Also sharing your personal lives and your family with us :) 💛🙏🏽
Pregnancy after infertility & miscarriages for several years is excitement in & of itself! Super grateful for my body to grow a tiny human. I changed my diet by eliminating deli meat and undercooked eggs and red meat! Can't wait to have my first postpartum deli sandwich! (I don't have Instagram!)
When i was pregnant, one thing i changed was my diet, which wasn't particularly bad, but I greatly increased foods with healthy fats, protein, and Omega 3s (lots of avocados, spinach, fish, etc.!). I also made it a point to exercise everyday because they were telling me my baby's long-bones were short, and that my baby might not be getting the nutrients he needed from the placenta to grow well. Exercising everyday helps blood flow to the baby and could aid in his growth, so that's what I did!
Pregnancy can be a thrilling and nerve-wracking experience for expectant parents. Here are some common things that might make someone like me nervous or excited about pregnancy: Exciting Aspects 1. Meeting the baby: The anticipation of meeting the new baby and experiencing the joy of parenthood. 2. Feeling the baby kick: The first time feeling the baby move and kick inside the womb. 3. Preparing the nursery: Setting up the nursery and choosing adorable baby clothes and toys. 4. Sharing the news: Announcing the pregnancy to loved ones and seeing their reactions. 5. Experiencing pregnancy milestones: Reaching milestones like hearing the baby's heartbeat, seeing the baby on an ultrasound, and feeling the baby move. Nerve-Wracking Aspects 1. Uncertainty and unpredictability: The unknowns of pregnancy, childbirth, and parenthood can be daunting. 2. Physical changes and discomforts: Morning sickness, fatigue, and body aches can be overwhelming. 3. Fear of labor and delivery: Concerns about the pain, complications, and uncertainty of the birthing process. 4. Financial pressures: The added expenses of raising a child can be stressful. 5. Responsibility and lifestyle changes: Adjusting to new responsibilities, routines, and sacrifices that come with parenthood. Managing Nerves and Excitement 1. Stay informed: Educate yourself about pregnancy, childbirth, and parenting like watching these videos! 2. Build a support network: Surround yourself with loved ones, friends, and online communities for emotional support. 3. Prioritize self-care: Take care of your physical and mental health during pregnancy. 4. Focus on the positives: Celebrate the excitement and joy of pregnancy and parenthood. 5. Seek professional help: If anxiety or stress become overwhelming, consult with a healthcare provider or mental health professional. No instagram!
Hi doctors! I’m Cindy and I don’t have an instagram. I am currently pregnant with baby boy #2. My first son is 17 months old now and he’s got a stomach bug and diarrhea currently. Which is making me very sad and worried for my son. He’s lost 1 pound within 5 days 😞 anyway I hope he gets better asap. And something that is making me nervous is when new baby arrives what if one gets the other sick and I end up with two sick baby’s. Hurts my heart already. Something I’m excited about is seeing both my baby’s have each other ❤ Thanks for doing a giveaway! Happy thanksgiving! And congratulations on your pregnancy as well.
Something I’m excited about is having a new tiny baby. All the baby clothes and giddy anticipation. My one year old seems so big now. Something I’m nervous about is definitely going through the pregnancy struggles while having a toddler. The nausea & exhaustion will be super difficult with a little one. I literally just found out I’m pregnant this week when I missed my period 😅 so this video is perfect timing! *no Instagram! 🙋🏻♀️
@fitgirldulce ❤ Extremely happy for your third baby. It would be a dream to even have a second who is healthy and blessed. Unfortunately, I think the most important thing for any future mom is weight management. Everything else seems secondary or related. I would love to lose weight for myself but I know I have to do so to have another healthy pregnancy. Thanks for all the great tips!
First pregnancy I had identical twins with one lost at 24 weeks. I carried him the whole time and was nervous for baby A during the rest of the pregnancy. Second pregnancy a lot changed as it was a singleton. I have 2 beautiful earth-side babies ❤
@anielags With our first kid, my husband and I felt more confident when watching your videos. Thank you for all the effort that you put into this channel. Something that make me nervous is the beginning of the pregnancy specifically thinking about all the changes and cares at once. Like the food, new workout routine, and so on 😅
I have an Instagram technically, but never check it. I'm on TH-cam and FB all the time though. I'm 5 months postpartum with our first baby. Things I changed when I was pregnant was the portions I ate. I had gestational diabetes so not only did I have to test my blood 4x a day I had to eat much less than I normally did even pre-pregnancy. I had always eaten what I wanted and not worry about it and stay fit. But I guess advanced maternal age (I turned 40 two weeks before my daughter was born) made the difference there. I also changed the way I walked. Every now and then I still catch myself waddling as if I had a huge belly, pregnancy & postpartum related back and pelvic floor pain.
I don’t have an instagram but this is my second pregnancy and I’m so looking forward to seeing my first born see the process of pregnancy and then the final product of having a first sibling ❤
Hello Sarah and Kurt 😊 I just want to say a huge thank you for all the wonderful content you've created. My husband and I watched all your videos like a marathon when we were expecting our first. We felt very prepared by the time he arrived. We have now a 2 year old son and a 6 months old daughter. We could relate to your personal life as well. My hub is a dentist and I'm an architect, so our professional life has changed as well during this season. Thank you again! Jessica & Carlos jobregon031
I really think being very active during my second pregnancy resulted in a shorter labor. I have a garden every year and all the bending and squatting was great exercise 😅
One thing I see that’s not talked about enough, are the high levels of recalls on bagged salads/salad kits due to risk of listeria. I think pregnant women need to be informed of that, and that way they can choose whether or not they want to stay away from them. I personally eat them frequently as lunches for work, but I know that habit will change for me when I get pregnant
I do not have an instagram and appreciate the chance to be able to win even without an instagram account. ☺️ One thing I “changed” during pregnancy was that I had 2 odd cravings. One, very cold water which I typically do not care for but definitely took advantage while was pregnant to drink it as much as I craved it. Can’t hurt, right? 😉 And the other craving I had was ice cream. Instead of eating ice cream I changed it to eating frozen yogurt or 100% fruit juice ice cream bars. I was happy to say that it made a huge difference in my pregnancy making these changes. ☺️
Hello Drs! Well I don’t have an instagram account but I have email. I hope that’s okay… I am currently 8 1/2 months pregnant with my 5th child and I am most nervous about the delivery of this baby because I am trying to have a VBAC and just the not-knowing is making me crazy! I had 3 vaginal deliveries and my last one was an emergency c-section. Also I am 40 years old and my last pregnancy was 10 years ago so this one feels very different. Congratulations on baby no. 3 btw! 🎉🎉🎉
So, mine was kind of funny. When I became pregnant with my first daughter in 2019 I worked for a big coffee company. My first and drastic change was the amount of caffeine I was consuming! I had to wean off slowly because of the headaches caffeine withdrawal can cause. It was wild! Now I have a busy 5 yr old and 2 more after her ❤️
amber.vanduren Currently pregnant with baby #2, due January 29th! My first baby was a June baby, so having a winter baby in Michigan is going to be a whole new experience! I’m so nervous about it being cold/flu season and trying to avoid having baby get sick in those first few months. We’re already planning and taking as many precautions as possible, but the unknown is terrifying! Congratulations on baby #3! So excited for you guys 🤍
@devonnoelle11 I am nervous and also excited to see how my toddler reacts to sharing mommy and daddy’s attention. Especially mine since I plan to breastfeed and that took up a lot of time with my first. Love your videos and I am so thankful y’all are back! ❤ happy thanksgiving to you and your beautiful family!
13:24 My MFM told me to take baby aspirin daily. This is a suggestion many OBs make for a different reasons for some pregnant women after the first trimester
Me, listening to the discussion of healthy eating while eating raw cookie dough at 8 weeks pregnant. I gain weight in the first trimester because my nausea mostly takes the form of a constant hunger and if I don't eat I go downhill fast. I'll make up for it in the rest of my pregnancy.
@levemyskitchen Hello! Love your channel, thanks for being here and sharing your expertise and experiences! 💛 Two things that make me the most nervous about pregnancy would be giving birth and having complications during pregnancy. I had some complications during my last 2 pregnancies, but thankfully my babies and I were okay. Birth pain in general makes me nervous too. Funny/crazy story though with my daughter's delivery, I didn't make it to the hospital in time (stuck in traffic) and ended up giving birth in an ambulance! 🚑 So I guess the possibility of that happening again makes me nervous too!
Miss_Nelsen Nervous when pregnant just trying to eat the right thing, not get sick, try to remember to not over stress myself over small stuff. Just got exhausted about everything constantly. And now my toddler testing my buttons 24/7 does not help
I don’t have an instagram. I’m in the midst of my first IVF cycle, a couple days away from triggering. I’m nervous about working so hard to get pregnant and then if I finally get pregnant is it going to be as hard and challenging as the lead up journey. I really find your videos helpful, thank you for sharing your journey as well as the information for each step in the process
Hi!!! Thank you so much for watching and participating in our give-back!! You're one of our winners!! Will you please send us an email: thedoctorsbjorkman@gmail.com with your email address so we can send it to you!! :D
@kafaro I think what made me nervous was the morning sickness. It was more like dry heaving with very little outcome. I was happy when that was done by second trimester. Oh, how could I have forgotten? Delivery made me quite nervous too. Thank goodness I now forgot most of it already. 😂
Thank you both so much for sharing your knowledge with us all. I have learned so much from your channel! Something that has changed for me during pregnancy is my like for coffee. I completely stopped drinking it and no longer like it all. I am also very picky with meats now, I have to be very selective as I don’t like some of the protein I use to love. I do not have instagram but if I’m selected, I will provide my email. Thank you so much. Happy holidays!
Love the inclusion of the ‘personal’ you along with the ‘lab coat’ you. Really needed this encouragement today…thank you! Getting my keister in gear for a walk in this chilly weather! Maybe it will help with the nausea too 😜
@apolishchuchenko One of the most exciting things about pregnancy is definitely all of the kicks and movement. It’s so sweet to be able to feel and connect with your baby before they’re even earth-side!
I was taking prenatals with iron until week 17 then my obgyn allowed me to switch to the prenatals with no iron. I believe it's iron who made me constipated and changed the color of my stool to green-ish/black-ish. I may resume taking iron supplement after the bloodwork on week 28
1. I do not have Instagram 🙂2.During my first son’s pregnancy, I tried to avoid deli meat if it wasn’t heated because of the worry about listeria. I thought I had a miscarriage before I got pregnant with my first born son, so that pregnancy, I was trying to be very careful. I also tried to pay attention to what kind of tea I’m drinking after my 4th son’s pregnancy scare. Be careful with different herbs and natural things such as hibiscus. Some things may be healthy usually but better to avoid and not eat/drink all together in pregnancy. 🙂
Hello, thank you for this opportunity. I don’t have an instagram. I’ve had 2 babies 16 months apart. We do want 2 more kiddos in the future. During pregnancy by body decides it can’t handle dairy and also gives me really bad acid reflux.
An acquaintance was drinking wine while pregnant and her child had low birth weight and still very small at 1.5yo. I do not think it's worth risking it.
I don't have Instagram can I still be included in the drawing? The thing I find fascinating yet crazy about pregnant is feeling baby move and kick, it's so beautiful yet so weird LOL!
I’m pregnant with twins, 💗💙! Due in March! Natural conception at 26 years old. This is something in the water because everyone is having their babies around March😂
I don’t have Instagram 😊 Something that makes me nervous during pregnancy is thinking about labor 🤣 and then the nervousness and fear go away once I’m in it! I get excited for ultrasounds to see my precious baby🫶🏽
My experience re: exercise was the opposite. 😅 Largely sedentary, no regular exercise the first time around. Pregnancy was mostly easy, recovery from labor + c section sucked. Second time around, did weight lifting 3-5 days a week. Had so much low back pain, pelvic girdle pain, etc., scheduled C recovery was a breeze though
All of that sounds amazing, however when those hormones peak and everything makes you puke, but boiled and salted buckwheat and yogurt, all you can do is to survive on whatever energy containing food you can put into your body. During my first trimester I had such a horrible metallic taste in my mouth constantly, that I literally could not eat anything without suppressing the gag reflex, each meal was a struggle and tears. Vegetables unfortunately were off the table and they tasted disgustingly sweet and I had horrible aversion to anything sweet. I don’t know how I survived, but thankfully second and trimester was much better.
@tatigriffith I’m nervous how my first will react to having a new baby around! Having to share our attention and all of “her” toys will definitely be an adjustment.
People often talk about the constipation during/after pregnancy. I had constipation BEFORE pregnancy, so I am quite nervous about that when I know I get pregnant. Surprisingly, I don't have constipation at all during/after pregnancy! It's cured😂😅
hillary_e_lopez I love feeling baby’s first kicks and how they go from little flutters to strong jabs 😅 Definitely nervous about the upcoming labor, but at least it’s a small period of time and I’ll be able to meet my baby at the end of it
I love you guys! I don’t have an IG but my name is Lindsay and I’ll provide an email! Things I changed during pregnancy: I had to eat less food, because I didn’t have enough room to fit it all in! (Like at one meal) Obviously no alcohol. Tried to drink more water. Thanks, I love you guys!!❤
@heytanna Something I'm nervous about for this pregnancy is handling my toddler and not being able to even see my feet! Lol!! My 25 pounder is getting harder to lift and direct, so this will be an interesting challenge for me. Love you guys!! ❤️
No instagram but my due date is 12/11/2024. Very excited about my baby girl’s arrival but I’m extremely nervous about the fact that my doc is out of town for a family emergency and I’m just praying that my baby waits until doc’s back.
queen_dari_12 Something that makes me nervous to be pregnant again is my baby being jealous and not understanding why he doesn't get as much of my attention as he used too.
I have only been pregnant once and at 40 and I didn't have morning sickness at all and I was very lucky.
When I was pregnant, I cut back a lot on tuna and deli sandwiches, and made sure to drink as much water as possible. Thanks for this opportunity!!
With my second pregnancy, I was able to continue working out all through my pregnancy (which I didn’t do with my first) and I think it really helped me keep moving, feel pretty good throughout pregnancy and even postpartum!
Congratulations
I just had my third baby. This is the first time I've had a baby with older kids (5 and 7) already. The thing that made this pregnancy so exciting was seeing my kids in awe about their growing sister. So fun to see them delight in her.
Just got my BFP this morning!!! 🙂 2nd bubba, 14dpo. Fingers crossed!!
Me too, this morning!!! 🥳 10dpo
Just got my BFP today, this will be baby number 2 for us! So excited! Thank you for your videos.

(No Instagram)
I did the Plus+1 program throughout my first pregnancy and am currently doing it again during my second! It is such a great pregnancy workout program.
I just got notified of this post today and we confirmed our first pregnancy yesterday!! So I went from excited to now nervous and lil scared. I don’t want to gain any more weight! I’m aiming to lose some weighty first trimester. Let’s see what happens. Thank you for the wonderful advice!
I read Expecting Better in my first pregnancy and I LOVED IT.
Thank you for this video🙏 and congratulations on baby #3 ❤🥳 May you have a happy pregnancy and positive childbirth experience💫
Also, that little clip at the end is so cute😃😃🥰 very much real life!
I’m so sorry about your loss….prayers that this baby sticks and for a healthy pregnancy!
Thank you for this video! I too am pregnant with my 3rd and am excited to be following along with you all! ❤
You got this! Congrats!!!🎉
Congrats on #3!!
@@TheDoctorsBjorkman Congrats to you all too!
Brutal.
I love seeing how the baby changes at each ultrasound
@theholycowmama
Love your videos!
1) No Instagram
2) I was so nervous in my first trimester about baby well being, so I used home dopler once a week.
When I was pregnant I tried to stop the scary what if ideas and focused on the positive and taking it one day at a time
Pregnancy can be a thrilling and nerve-wracking experience for expectant parents. Here are some common things that might make someone like me nervous or excited about pregnancy:
Exciting Aspects

Nerve-Wracking Aspects
Managing Nerves and Excitement
1. Stay informed: Educate yourself about pregnancy, childbirth, and parenting like watching these videos!

Something I’m excited about is seeing both my baby’s have each other ❤
Thanks for doing a giveaway!
@anielags
With our first kid, my husband and I felt more confident when watching your videos. Thank you for all the effort that you put into this channel.
Something that make me nervous is the beginning of the pregnancy specifically thinking about all the changes and cares at once. Like the food, new workout routine, and so on 😅
@miss.leigha
Your channel has been so helpful in navigating pregnancy and parenthood. Toddlerhood is not for the faint of hearts.
No instagram. When I was pregnant I made sure to eat salmon twice weekly! Thank you!
I don’t have an instagram but this is my second pregnancy and I’m so looking forward to seeing my first born see the process of pregnancy and then the final product of having a first sibling ❤
When i was pregnant, i liked feeling my baby inside me, as close as she could possibly be and so safe in my womb.

No Instagram here, but something I changed during pregnancy was being ok with taking naps/laying down midday!!
No Instagram handle to share, but something that makes me nervous during pregnancy is how the baby's doing and how labor and delivery will be!

One thing I “changed” during pregnancy was that I had 2 odd cravings. One, very cold water which I typically do not care for but definitely took advantage while was pregnant to drink it as much as I craved it. Can’t hurt, right? 😉
And the other craving I had was ice cream.

Currently pregnant with baby #2, due January 29th!
I don’t have an Instagram.
I’m excited to learn more about pregnancy in preparation for our first one. Hoping it happens soon! 🤞
@devonnoelle11
I am nervous and also excited to see how my toddler reacts to sharing mommy and daddy’s attention.
@levemyskitchen
Hello! Love your channel, thanks for being here and sharing your expertise and experiences! 💛
Two things that make me the most nervous about pregnancy would be giving birth and having complications during pregnancy.
Miss_Nelsen
Nervous when pregnant just trying to eat the right thing, not get sick, try to remember to not over stress myself over small stuff.
No Instagram for me! But I would say by far I am most excited about seeing how my toddler interacts with my belly! 😍❤️
Hi!!! Thank you so much for watching and participating in our give-back!! You're one of our winners!! Will you please send us an email: thedoctorsbjorkman@gmail.com with your email address so we can send it to you!! :D
@kafaro
I think what made me nervous was the morning sickness.
Maybe it will help with the nausea too 😜
@apolishchuchenko
One of the most exciting things about pregnancy is definitely all of the kicks and movement.
Do you have an opinion about CMV risk? Especially having young kids in the house.
Loved the new intro! Lol
I don’t have Instagram 😊
Something that makes me nervous during pregnancy is thinking about labor 🤣 and then the nervousness and fear go away once I’m in it!
@tatigriffith
I’m nervous how my first will react to having a new baby around!
It's cured😂😅
hillary_e_lopez
I love feeling baby’s first kicks and how they go from little flutters to strong jabs 😅 Definitely nervous about the upcoming labor, but at least it’s a small period of time and I’ll be able to meet my baby at the end of it
What prenatal vitamins do you recommend??
I love you guys!
I don’t have an IG but my name is Lindsay and I’ll provide an email!
Things I changed during pregnancy:
I had to eat less food, because I didn’t have enough room to fit it all in! (Like at one meal)
Obviously no alcohol.
Tried to drink more water.
Thanks, I love you guys!!❤
@heytanna
Something I'm nervous about for this pregnancy is handling my toddler and not being able to even see my feet! Lol!! My 25 pounder is getting harder to lift and direct, so this will be an interesting challenge for me. Love you guys!! ❤️
No instagram but my due date is 12/11/2024. Very excited about my baby girl’s arrival but I’m extremely nervous about the fact that my doc is out of town for a family emergency and I’m just praying that my baby waits until doc’s back.
queen_dari_12
Something that makes me nervous to be pregnant again is my baby being jealous and not understanding why he doesn't get as much of my attention as he used too.
