Drum Sets on the Roland FR-1x

- In this video I am answering a viewer's question about Drum Sets on the Roland FR-1x. On the FR-1x there are 8 different types of drums you may use. If you remember the videos on Creating User Programs and then Saving User Programs, I showed you how to create and then save different user programs with different sounds/types of accordions. Well, you may also change the type of drums that are being used. This will allow you to change drum sets with the press of one register.

Congratulations, they are excellent videos and they inform you of details that Roland does not explain very well. I wanted to ask you a question: Can DRUMs be modified with Roland software and make your own drums? How is it done?

Childhood dream of a 4yr old Finally came true (I’m78) so I bought all three Rolands from Dale/Donna and now I gotta take a lesson or 70!!

HI DENISE!!! It’s been a long time!! Still struggling to get my life together since my house burned down!! Thankfully my Roland’s were not at home when it happened!!! Oh and neither was I or my beloved E .T. 🤴(chihuahua)!! I’m soo grateful!!

Hello and thank you for viewing my video. Thank you for the excellent question! I don't believe you can edit the drums with the FR-1x software. You can change a few items with the accordion itself, but I don't believe that is what you are asking. I have created a new video with what I know and am asking my viewers if they know how to do it.
