Playing the piano accordion has been a long-time dream of mine, and this is my first instrument. I’m following your step-by-step videos on setup and settings for the Roland FR-1X, and they have been incredibly helpful. As a disabled person, I wanted to get a light piano accordion, and your recommendation has made me so happy. I really appreciate your guidance. I have a few questions and would greatly appreciate your advice: Could you recommend any online resources or tutorials specifically for learning the basics of playing music on the Roland FR-1X? Unfortunately, I couldn’t afford the Dale Mathis Edition from Kraft Music Store due to the higher price. Do you have any suggestions for other sound sets I can install? I’m not sure how to reach out to you for more tips. Is there a way I can send you an email? I prefer not to share a lot of information online publicly. This is too complicated for me, why can't I just buy a ready loaded , I think you call it a Flash Drive, we call it a memory stick, and put it into my accordion?
Thanks for viewing my video! You gave me an idea for a new video. When I get a chance (work and "life" gets in the way) I will put together a video with a ready made set for viewers to download and add to their accordion. That will be a great deal of work, so it will have to wait till winter and spring. Again, thanks for the idea!

Hello, Could you please do a video or tell me on the comment section how to erase whatever expansion kits you have on the accordion memory? I tried to load some sounds on the expansion kits (Alpine and Orchestral) but I did something wrong. I was supposed to load Orchestral in Memory 1 and Alpine in Memory 2 to synchronize with the sounds I want to add. But I did the opposite. So I reset the accordion to factory settings , then tried to load the expansion kit again through the standard procedure and when I press the final Enter button to load the kit, it indicates E01 which means "Already Installed" . Your help is greatly appreciated.
Hello! Thank you for viewing and asking a question. There are different ways of doing what you want, some are better than others. I think the easiest way for you will be to use the Dallape Expansion Kit. If I understand, you have Alpine in memory location 1 and Orchestral in memory location 2 and you want to switch them. I would suggest this: Load the Dallape into memory location 1, then load the Alpine into location 2. At that point you will need to load the Orchestral into memory location 1.
