Masterclass in copy paste! I mean, it is OK to be influenced by Billie Eilish, she has become an icon, but this is just simply trying to be her. I thought I would like it when I first got the Billie-vibes, but it is just too similar. The reason it sounds like Billie has a lot to do with the mixing of the song so I don't fully blame V, but I mean, the choice of vowels, and her tone is different here than any of the other songs of her I could find. This song is literally trying to sound like Billie, and honestly, I don't think it is fully Victoria's fault. Every aspect of the song has just taken the inspiration a bit too literally, and in my opinion it feels like there is a team behind trying to make this too Billie-esque. It is too out of character for Victoria looking at other songs and performances not to be a copy.
