0:51 that feeling of being in a situation you ARE NOT getting out of, that reaction was animalistic he was trying everything to get out of his chains. Don't break the law people, its not worth losing everything. What exactly did he do?
If you look at his very initial reaction it's clear that he was responding to the "consecutive" in opposed to concurrent. This is typical when you listen to jail house lawyers that think they know every outcome. People in his cell block were probably feeding him lines like "Don't worry, they are going to run all of that shit together". He probably woke up that morning thinking he would get 7 for everything but the curveball was thrown at him and caught him completely off guard. This wasn't the worse day of his life because he is still angry. The worse comes in the morning if the following day when he calmed down a bit and the reality sets in that he is going away and there isn't a damn think that can be done about. And yes I am speaking from experience. Luckily I only got a third of his years and I was released in 2010.5, but I can remember the anger of getting 10 years when i was fooled by jailbirds in to getting semi comfortable with only 5 with parole in 18 months. Instead they gave me two 5s and I wouldn't have been eligible for parole at all. Therefore I had to do about 5 1/2 before getting completely discharged.
The moment I hear a number where I’m going to be over senior citizen age on getting out, I’d wanna leave too. I don’t need to hear anymore. I’d probably cuss the judge out too
Will the Clinton’s, James Comey, Peter Strozk, Eric Holder, Loretta Lynch, Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, Joe Biden, Harry Reid, et al ever hear these words from a judge?
Trump and his family and cronies are much more likely to hear that. After January 20, 2021, trump will hear his sentence. Some have already been sentenced, with many more to follow.
I think he was simply reacting to the extreme shock of the sentence. He was extremely angry and had to somehow unleash it. At the end, he kicked one of the benches as he was escorted out.
@@antonioacevedo5200: Guess he should've thought about the feeling of after getting sentenced before he made the decision to break the laws again? Some people don't think past their noses and then are surprised and angered after they're caught. Isn't that funny? 🤔

Drone Pilots FR nothing wrong with it. All the trial records are public record anyway
He is you dumbass and you watch him break out and join the Avengers too, this is Hydras doing, we're just too dumb to understand
Homecoming... one freig-
Oh wait sorry wrong universe
Could not quite hear what the judge was saying, sounded like a lot of mumbling.
He said 35 years.
MSP ( max security prison) there's nothing like standing in front of another human while he read your life away. This world is fuckin stupid
@@outoftime417 Isn't MSP Montana State Prison?
@@MillwallH22 MSP = max security prison
I Hate people don’t do dump fcking shit then
Some people think that life is just a game till they stand in court and get 25 to life
Does every one notice he has little resemblance of Bucky from "The Winter Soldier" ?
Lol yooooooooooo
"I'm good to go" 😂😂
He ain't goin anywhere
Where did he think he was going? He thought they'd just let him walk out of the courtroom? Lmao
If the guy is getting more than 30 years in prison, what does he have to lose cursing the judge? 30 days for contempt of court?
How bout his dignity
You go on a crime spree and get a big stretch and show me how that dignity thing works!
@@johnbryan1149 thats pretty much the only thing you have left after getting sentenced to 30 years
Michael Batson You must be one of his friends.....
I mean you only got one life. I wouldn’t waste 30 days just cuz it kinda felt good to swear at a judge
0:51 that feeling of being in a situation you ARE NOT getting out of, that reaction was animalistic he was trying everything to get out of his chains. Don't break the law people, its not worth losing everything. What exactly did he do?
I hear it was jaywalking, but "aggravated".
He's got a very long rap sheet and has been in prison before. Mostly dugs and a few high speed chases.
Judges epic response without looking up …" No thank you, but im sure you will have plenty of offers very soon,,,"
The word “consecutive” hits like a Mac truck
Like a Mack truck, even.
Funny remark.
It looks like the judge took back them 3 suspended years on each count real fast 🤔😂😂
He now has the time for that anger management class he needs
Skinny kid like that is about to take a crash course in anger management when he gets inside.
If you Google his name - all that beautiful hair is gone
What his name
It's not beautiful
PATSFAN420 it’s called sarcasm lmfao
Beautiful? Looks like shit and probably smells worse.
Whom he murdered ? Or just didnt pay taxes ?
His inability to act with decorum is why he's facing these charges .
0:35 He was like: wait whaaaat ?? Ok, I'm outta here.
"Don't do the crime if you can't do the time"...opps just have away my age...
I wouldn't want to have to have my case heard by that judge immediately following this dude.
looks like a real charmer witha I.Q. of 6
As high as 6?😂😂
You stand to be corrected, 4.5
After reading of his priors (credit to @Hecket) I believe you missed the decimal point before the 6.
I.
should have thought before committing crimes now will pay whether willing or not.
I like how he thought he was going to get out of them handcuffs I guess like a Houdini
Bubba gonna make him a 'Welcome Home!' sign in art class and bake him a cake.
😫🎂☻️ 'WELCOME HOME SWEET CHEEKS!'
Should be ran like an auction. 10 years, 10 years, do I hear 15 years, how about 20!
The flushing noise.... that the rest of this mans life.
HE knows its not his first trip to the big house
Well in the words of Beretta, don't do the crime if you can't do the time, don't do it😂😂
This guy has an extremely long criminal record and is well acquainted with prison sentences. This isn't his first time in corrections.
It’s pretty uncommon having an insight like this .
Wow... he really owned the judge with that one liner
The moment I hear a number where I’m going to be over senior citizen age on getting out, I’d wanna leave too. I don’t need to hear anymore. I’d probably cuss the judge out too
the anger sharks were swimming in his head
" I'll leave Now!"..
Court officers like.." No You Wont!"
It's amazing how many people just plain get in their own way, and make life tough for themselves.
Will the Clinton’s, James Comey, Peter Strozk, Eric Holder, Loretta Lynch, Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, Joe Biden, Harry Reid, et al ever hear these words from a judge?
Maybe some day
@Patrick Cioffi low iq moment
@Patrick Cioffi your such a dick head. Go Trump. 4 more years
Trump and his family and cronies are much more likely to hear that. After January 20, 2021, trump will hear his sentence. Some have already been sentenced, with many more to follow.
@@scrub_com i guarantee they won’t.
A life sentence basically. I get the feeling that he feels that someone did not honor his bargain.
His response to the judge 3:17 🤣
He should have said that to Trump
@@KingDbo1 👍🤣
Soon as he heard consecutive he flipped. Even I was like "OOO DAMN!" when he said consecutive and not concurrent.
What is this dude charged with and anyone know what state?
If I have to do 50 years or more in prison I would have tried ending it when I see the chance.
you cant die you are lord beerus God
I wish I could have heard what was being said. Not nearly loud enough.
lovethosebudgies was pretty loud, especially on maximum volume. your speakers mustn’t be very good
I hear it just fine ... you have shittt speakers
He was supposed to do 6 months but he ended up getting 50 years! He dug his own graveyard!
Only 6 months where did you get that number from ?
@@WoollyWalrus from the original charge, he ran from that charge and went from 6 months to 600 months (50 years)
Verdade
@@healgoth 😂that's not how this works at all moron
Did he really think that tantrum would have changed the judge's decision?
I think he was simply reacting to the extreme shock of the sentence. He was extremely angry and had to somehow unleash it. At the end, he kicked one of the benches as he was escorted out.
It worked with his parents? 😃👍
@@antonioacevedo5200: Guess he should've thought about the feeling of after getting sentenced before he made the decision to break the laws again? Some people don't think past their noses and then are surprised and angered after they're caught. Isn't that funny? 🤔
You ever see these videos of lions hunting a wildebeest or a cape buffalo? The Lions go about their business totally oblivious of these big trucks that have dozens of tourists watching and recording them. This video reminds me of that. First, you have the person recording this video, and then you have another person recording his outburst when he realizes he'll be in prison for decades and, finally at 3:40 a man records him as he is being escorted off to prison. All the while, to him, it's just business as usual. @@glenturney4750
