When did 32mpg equal "efficient to run"?

Got one as a hire car and can confirm fuel consumption is ruinous. Watch the dial go down on every short trip.

My experience is not very good MPG , about 40 mpg. Also wet cambelt is a constant worry

Also with newer vauxhalls you don't get the usual all synchro gearbox (M32) there was a collaboration between GM and Ford 6 speed all synchro good news ford still have them where as Stellantis prefer the old gearboxes helical forward gears straight cut old fashioned spurred noisy reverse gear someone tell Stellantis its all synchro now this is the 2020's we're living in.

It's a french/german partnership. So must be inside the glove compartment.

Except its not a vauxhall its a peugeot underneath peugeot fiat citroen vauxhall all built by Stellantis i won't have one given as i am not a fan of french cars i do not consider this crossland as a vauxhall and it can hardly be called a british brand after all how can it be same with skoda and seat your basically getting a VW

This video has nothing to do with buying a used car.

I’m sorry but if anyone considers buying any type of Vauxhall- I would suggest first getting a CAT scan .

Had 2 brilliant Astra’s and my old mans had his diesel for nearly 10 years with very few problems and it’s up to 150000 miles 🤷🏼‍♂️ in fact I’ve done well with all of my cars and I’ve had rovers, fords, jaguars, Citroens and Vauxhalls yet therel be plenty of people who’d slag all of these brands off.

Iv had a Mokka for a year. It has been in the mechanics garage every month for a year since iv had it and thats no exaggeration. Head gasket etc went on it, numerous other problems. Iv spent far more on mechanic bills than wat the car is worth. Would never buy a vauxhall again. Also know a lot of friends and family that had nothing but trouble with Vauxhalls too.
