Could you show a formula that includes a column for a "role" category like if the person is either a clerk, an agent, or a lead. Each role would have a different range. So let's say for example the added Role column shows the person worked as a clerk, and we use these ranges as examples - their Low range would be Less than or equal to 1000, their medium range would be more than 1000 and less than or equal to 4000, their High range would be more than 4000 and less than 9000, and their Top Level would be more than 9000. and another person worked as a lead so their ranges would be Low range less than or equal to 3000, their medium range would be more than 3000 and less than or equal to 6000, their High range would be more than 6000 and less than 11000, and their Top Level would be more than 11000.
