From me, yes. But look for other Madiun to Ponorogo Sharp Stewart B50 footage on TH-cam. I'm sure that you will find more footage. The operation survived until the end of steam on the PNKA around 1984 and was visited by quite a few enthusiasts with cine and video cameras. It was early days for video so in many cases cine film may be better visual quality but the introduction of video saw major sound improvements - and much cine had no sound at all.
If you mean the B50 locos, just one is preserved at Taman Mini according to Rob Dickinson - see www.internationalsteam.co.uk/ambarawa/locos/B5004.htm I am not aware of any more survivors. B5004 had been separated from its tender at Taman Mini. It would be good to see it cosmetically restored and reunited with its tender.Built in 1880 it is one of the oldest locos in Indonesia along and is around 15 years older than the C11 and C12 locos preserved.

Well spotted. A silly error. I was confusing this with the B51 and B53 4-4-0s. The B53s appear in this video at Ponorogo.
