How to Eat for Fertility, a Healthy Pregnancy, and High Milk Supply

We all know that nutrition is vital to the health of mama and baby not just in pregnancy but for months and years after that to support baby through a robust and nutrient dense milk supply as well as helping mama heal after birth and balance her hormones after baby.     Any other mamas craved fruit like crazy during your pregnancy? If so what was your favorite? I couldn't get enough oranges, I thought I was going to give birth to one by the time it was over😂

      COLD oranges in the first trimester, and then honestly just fruit in general :)

    Just came across your content and is great! 😊 Have enjoyed watching a lot of your videos. I do have a question when it comes to people that are dairy intolerant. Do you think it has to do with how the products are processed? My husband is dairy intolerant he gets an upset stomach specially from high dairy content products. I’m thinking of looking into getting raw milk around my area. I haven’t tried it before. Really looking into making butter and yogurt eventually.

      real food for pregnancy is awesome for this! Those tenants help anyone not just pregnant but she really breaks things down and dispels a lot of nutrition myths and breaks down the research highly recommend!
