    Hi, great videos, thanks. I am a beginner. I checked out the fierce reflex site and i have a question. The base you use for your bag seems much bigger than the sandbag they offer with the reflex bag. Depending on punching strength is your experience that one such sandbag does not provide enough stability? Should more than one be used if punching strength increases?

      hey! thank you! And great question - I think it largely depends on size and strength. Typically, the base that comes with the FR bag filled with sand should be enough for when you are just getting started. I wouldn't worry about the extra weight at first. The first couple months you'll just be working on getting the timing down with your bag, and you can always add extra weight later on. I'm still using the original FR base on my setup, I just have extra weight added on top. In this video I break down my full set up with the links for the added weight ⬇️ hope this helps!
