Yes sir! I have one, I ordered parts from banggood in December and they come in March 25! Literally! It’s an awesome truck though!

Soooo many upgrades. Metal everything - driveshafts, axles, 2 speed transmission, bigger motor, wheel weights, etc. And yes.. the kit version comes with softer tires. And the V3 Radio and electronics are also better. With that you can bind 2 different trucks to the controller and also have a speaker for gasoline or diesel motors.I ordered my 2 trucks as kit versions with the metal upgrades directly from the OEM (WPL).

Bro that's cool I have 2 one was RTR but the motor burned out so got a kit a and the upgrades... This truck is fun
i just bought mine off of amazon for 64 and also with a few upgrades
highly suggest buying the 4x4 metal upgrade kit along with wheel weights if its not included and res v3. metal steering servo is ideal too for the long run but these are phenomenal for the price and upgrading is a day and night difference. Did i also mention with res v3 you'd be able to roll to a near dead stop / stop on inclines

Mine is stock other than the b36 tires and I love it but I also put 30 bbs in each tire to help keep it planted

The full metal version will run you about $180 and that's a questionable cost for such a small rig...You know its going to happen if you buy this little truck though, so just food for thought, because you know you're going to upgrade it all the way including upgraded transmitter, ESC/receiver with 3S LIPO before its over... I just bought (2) C24-1 RTRs for my boys and I just had to buy a C24-1 - KM with a metal servo upgrade, oil shocks, wider wheel/tires. and a couple 1500ma batteries, and I'm sure Ill be upgrading the ESC/receiver, radio, and batteries soon enough lol :P
Put your tires in a ziplock bag with wd40 for 3 hours and clean them and they soften up bud!!

Nice review and unboxing! I’m looking to get one myself and make it a project truck too. I would suggest simple green or wd40 on the tires to soften them up.

@@UpperLeftRC yep from what I have read simple green will make them tacky and wd40 will break down the rubber and make it softer.

I own a cpl of these, alot of upgrades on banggood. I always got the kits and they do come with better tires with them.

I just ordered one of these on amazon for $45.
2fmrc just put a video up of him putting in a stock axial scx24 esc in his and was night and day difference in crawling. May be a good upgrade for these.

Just because it’s ready to run doesn’t mean that you can’t also upgrade it. I have added a better mortar and soon I’m gonna get a new receiver. I’m thinking about buying portal axles for it.

@@UpperLeftRC well you definitely need a 6x6 dont get the b16 RTR none portional steering if it's a rtr itd have to be the b36 or the C24-1 I also love my c14 I mean I cant really give you a specific model if you get the kit they are all great
The same thing happened to me with banggood, I ordered like $350 or more bones of stuff, I think like 3 or 4 trucks and two bodies. They broke my order down into several smaller orders which resulted in multiple different bank transactions, my card let me pay, but not my bank later, so banggood didn't tell me till days later it was denied through email. Pissed me off, you think they'd say contact your bank. They lost me as a customer
Yeah it’s a bummer how that worked out for both of us, I’m hoping that at some point banggood will fix these problems so that people around the world can use them easily like most European folks can
@@UpperLeftRC Definitely, and I'm sure I can call my credit union but they didn't let me know till several days after so I said screw it. I've ordered through Treal several times. I dunno if they have a hub in US. You pay important fees and what not from China, but then when you get the box it is shipped from California. Do love the Toyota body though!

That is a LiPo battery bud. The battery and charger look a lot like my Panda hobby. The panda battery is 700mah tho

Does the motor overheat ?
I haven’t noticed it ever overheating
Out of the box it‘s absolute crap. The bevel gears strip right away. Mod it and it‘s cool.
Agreed, out of the box is not a good crawler but for the price it’s a decent starting point for upgrades 👍🏻

I don’t remember at this point it was almost 2 years again but I think it was probably 30-40 minute run time

Technically Hobby grade but only barely
Top speed?
I dk 5 mph maybe 🤷🏻♂️ it’s a trail truck / Rock crawler lol it is not fast, it moves at a walking pace
