i remember in Arcane Adventures, every island with shops would sell different equipment, but in Arcane Odyssey they all sell the same thing, which i think is a big downgrade since shop variety made it feel like each island was more worth sailing to. and example is saving up for the doomwood club that you could find ONLY on doom island, which felt like it added a bit of culture to the island

the issue with characters not loading in is a byproduct of vetex trying to reduce lag, it's not only a issue with quest objectives it's just more prominent because they're loading in only for you not to mention that most of the time a npc loads in you probably aren't looking for them. Galleons are different from lamia because AO takes place on the opposite side of the world. You can leave every boss area without beating them although it would be nice if the way out was shown better

There is a Bank System, if you can even call it that... But major Clans like the Navy and the Syndicate offer a storage for galleons. How much you can store depends on your rank; Making a clan of your own for 5k galleons offers 10k storage on the "New Clan" Tier.

As someone with 400k bounty, ship NPCs do indeed hunt you down for like 20 minutes even if you sail across the entire ocean its very annoying when your getting chased by 3 navy majors that each have 3 magics just because you joined
This poor soul has not seen what bullshit thermofist explosion can do. *proceeds to press f shot and dealing 200 damage PRESS EXPLOSION E WITH SHOCKWAVE ANOTHER 150 USE BLAST DO 200 USE DOUBLE LASER TO DEAL ANOTHER 150 and then beatdowns for another 100-150 damage* also with thermofist explosion, your explosion abilites charge up thermofist so yeah
if you wanna get away from the fortified stuff, I suggest sailing them back towards the spires, the npc's have skill issue when it comes to driving making it easier to get lodged and stuck

At the King Calvus boss fight or whatever his name is qhen you respawn go upstairs and to the left or the right you can destroy the Windows and if the guards don't Catcher you you are free , until you die again
yeah they should add a bank you can be in the grand navy or the assassins but at the starter rank you only get 1k storage and its hard to rank up or in a player clan you have to ask the leader to give you the cash and the clan still needs to a high rank

kai sabre+lady carina fight= misery for both parties since kai sabre doesnt have enough speed to deal damage to carina before she heals and you cant die since you have like 1k hp
Tbh I like AO, but I hate the fight with calvius the most. Even in Max level I'm having problems with him(say whatever you want about it) now imagine some completely (or almost completely) new player finishing the story get locked in with him with no way to win because just how hard that boss is

The final boss fight doesn't prevents you from leaving the castle, only from going in a Ravenna town, which mean you can just escape throught a window
I do think in regards to the spawning I think you should be able to spawn in any major town (maybe excluding cirrus)
There is a camp marker but yes, it would be nice to be able to spawn at sky islands (forgot the name of the town there)

Major downside being your rep gets reset if you do so, so it's less viable later in a playthrough.

And it doesn't require your opponent to not move to not accidentally dodge all those moves.

You can change your stat build after an awakening if you have a stat reset, I somehow did it and now Im a conjurer
Do you have to do the whole awakening quest again or do you automatically get to imbue your weapons

The key is just to dodge around and only try to hit him when he’s charging up the big ball or the three column explosions

You should try going explosion magic and using cannon Fist as warlock. Trust me on this, I even made a video on this specific setup
