Arcane odyssey is one of the very few roblox games I've played that has a main story that is actually interesting and isn't extremely cringeworthy. Seriously, it's on the level of like a $50 rpg you'd buy off steam, but it's completely free,
if only vetex had the money to actually make a game outside of roblox the story works even if the characters dont look like lego characters plus with better graphics and models it could help with immersion

Yeah, Vetex have talent in game making, and this lore proves that. While most of Roblox bandit beaters are entirely cringe, this game got only some cliches and nothing more. One thing, that makes me sad, that they made the same mistake as in World Of Magic, they prioritized anything for gameplay, but magic.
They totally did Curse Beard dirty, he could've fodderized Zeus in the final battle, but he got injured and was low on morale and got sneak attacked by undead Zeus
in ao, you can talk to an npc in palo town, who talks about “massive storms” and „great tsunamis” that occured about a month before the player awoke. this npc dubs this event “the wrath of the gods” so perhaps this was durza’s final spell and since the war seas where so far away there wasn’t vaporization
Not everyone is born with magic. Durza not being able to use magic was normal, because in the Arcane Universe, there are magical-born people and non-magical-born people.
The thing i love about this video is that there is an ACTUAL animation showing us how it took place, it lets me on ease as it gives me a better understanding of the video
I wish the war ages play a big role in Arcane Odyssey's story, its just so vague, and considering how the place AO takes place is the "War Seas" we might get alot of cool info on the lore.

I had no clue Arcane Adventures had it's whole lore planned out, wow. The way the protagonist of AA actually came to be is really awesome to me. I actually had no clue that Stormwall already existed in AA, I thought it was an AR thing, but then I guess the main thing AR changed was creating the desert island in the 3rd sea and placing it before Stormwall. It just shows that I still had quite a bit to do in AA in the 3rd sea that I didn't know about. Wish we saw how it all played out, though. Also, I think Cursebeard's death is kinda bs, but I guess it made sense to Vetex. Would be really exciting if we saw the AA protagonist meet the AO protagonist eventually. I also wonder why the inhabitants of the Seven Seas never wondered if there was a curse like the death curse, but I guess there were too many for them to think of them being in other lands. Really excited to see how the rest of AO plays out, but considering how big AA was planned to be, it's probably gonna take a damn while. Had no idea a game called Online Fighting even existed/that it was part of the Arcane lore, but now I know. Unironically really surprised at how much I didn't know about AA, so thanks for making this video! Also, I find it really interesting that Randal currently resides in The War Seas, while before he resided (presumably) in The Seven Seas. well i mean, he didnt necesarily live in the 7 seas before. His curse gives him unlimited knowledge (i think, if im wrong then im stupid) so he probably saw what was going on in the 7 seas and documented it. however since he's so isolated and almost no one knows about him and they cant get his books they don't know about the 7 seas

As an arcane lore enthusiast I am happy to see videos such as this one that can bring more people into the arcane lore. Very good video you summed up most things pretty well.
I have a personal theory, Morden and you were in a prison of some sorts being tortured. This might tie into World of Magic and the Silent Tower. After all, that place had some suspicious parts to it. I just think it would be really neat that this is like tied to World of Magic. Another thing i've noticed is the advancement of technology. World of Magic feels like it's more late medieval or renaissance, meanwhile in Arcane Odyssey, it's during victorian era as proven by the year being 1854.

12:56 There's flaws in the part of the lore where it says that, As if you go to the flying island with the library, and go towards the bookshelves and press E (To makeout titles of certain books) You can see books about "The War Phoenix", "Rupin" and other key figures of the Seven Seas, which proves that the War Seas do actually know of the existence of the Seven Seas.
The library is owned and protected by Randal, and pretty much nobody has access to its contents besides an exception made by Randal for the player and Warren. Since the books are so well guarded, there would be no way for the War Seas to know about the Seven Seas.
Randall did say he knows everything but he didn't said he would share his knowledge so there's a good chance only randall in all of the war seas knows the existence of the seven sea
the tree dude randal is the only one who knows that place isnt public hence why its literally at the very far south of the sky island away from people only reason we got in there is because of warren telling randal about us without him randall could potentially just one shot us if he didnt read our intentions first

I’ve played only a little bit of Arcane Adventures and Arcane Odyssey is still in early access, but I was able to piece together parts like the fall of Mount Olympus and the mention of Theos by some ghosts in the dark sea. The whole lore feels so interesting and awesome and I love it.
I was always confused on why I appear as a “2nd generation” in AO, thinking AA was the first game. I now know that I in fact still did play the first game, Online Fighting, just on either a Guest account or one I created before my 10 year old mind finally started remembering passwords (: rip.
I actually never knew ”online fighting” was a thing. I remember playing fairy tail online fighting made by vetex. But that was a different thing that is clearly a fan game of an anime. I guess that is what fairy tail was reworked into?
the generation thing is a save from world of magic, when odessy was world of magic, nothing to do with adventure. World of magic had that generation thing, and I played it when it had 50k players in frontpage and never touched arcane adventure. There is people who are generation 11 and stuff, so it really has nothing to do with the earlier games.

Little bit of a clearing up on Theos' death and the entirety of Stormwall: Literally everything after the Angel fight in game isn't canon as far as I know. It stems from a comic that somebody made in honor of AA, and was morphed into the story for Arcane Reborn. Theos also didn't die from injuries themself, but from mutating his Pheonix magic. I know it sounds stupid, and it is, but it's I guess what happened there. Of course, the whole document thing is, but whatever.

14:18 Warren is Techlevel80's self insert character.. Me and my friends who played AA got kinda annoyed seeing him as Tech just wanted to have his own character as a story character. His AA character was also called Warren and wielded the inferno flames curse.
Tech retconned this claim by saying his AA character was named Clay and that it's not canon. Though I believe this is BS and that Warren is still a self-insert because of his discord pfp/banner.

Holy shit, the second you said that the war seas can't even know of the seven seas, I had an idea. If the war seas is covered by the dark sea, and the last place of dark sea is 50kmeters or more, there might be other seas. Like, if the seven seas exist, something else should too
So I only played AO since I started back when it was WOM, but from what I gather durza’s last ditch attack in Oberon is what created the dark sea, so does this mean that the epicenter is Oberon and the dark sea is the barrier between the war seas and the seven seas

I’ve played only a little bit of Arcane Adventures and Arcane Odyssey is still in early access, but I was able to piece together parts like the fall of Mount Olympus and the mention of Theos by some ghosts in the dark sea. The whole lore feels so interesting and awesome and I love it.
I was always confused on why I appear as a “2nd generation” in AO, thinking AA was the first game. I now know that I in fact still did play the first game, Online Fighting, just on either a Guest account or one I created before my 10 year old mind finally started remembering passwords (: rip.

I actually never knew ”online fighting” was a thing. I remember playing fairy tail online fighting made by vetex. But that was a different thing that is clearly a fan game of an anime. I guess that is what fairy tail was reworked into?
the generation thing is a save from world of magic, when odessy was world of magic, nothing to do with adventure. World of magic had that generation thing, and I played it when it had 50k players in frontpage and never touched arcane adventure. There is people who are generation 11 and stuff, so it really has nothing to do with the earlier games.

Little bit of a clearing up on Theos' death and the entirety of Stormwall:
Literally everything after the Angel fight in game isn't canon as far as I know. It stems from a comic that somebody made in honor of AA, and was morphed into the story for Arcane Reborn. Theos also didn't die from injuries themself, but from mutating his Pheonix magic. I know it sounds stupid, and it is, but it's I guess what happened there. Of course, the whole document thing is, but whatever.

@@LassBisharp there is the lore is that the one shot pirates were searching for sea curses there and there were people once living there but a silly man named torren (who isn’t canon anymore so I don’t know what will replace him as the perpetrator who caused a disaster that everyone was forced to leave)
You don't, iirc you could still use magic like normal but every now and then the fire curse would drop into a volcano

14:18 Warren is Techlevel80's self insert character.. Me and my friends who played AA got kinda annoyed seeing him as Tech just wanted to have his own character as a story character. His AA character was also called Warren and wielded the inferno flames curse.

So I only played AO since I started back when it was WOM, but from what I gather durza’s last ditch attack in Oberon is what created the dark sea, so does this mean that the epicenter is Oberon and the dark sea is the barrier between the war seas and the seven seas
