- In this video I’m going to provide a comprehensive overview of the 1 to 10 attractiveness scale for men in regards to how it relates to the likelihood of you succeeding in relationships with modern day women based on what your rating is. I will also provide the certain facial aesthetics that constitute each particular rating from 0 to 9 so you can assess where you might fall on the scale based on your life experiences with women or based on your particular facial aesthetics. @@RareSamplez if you're a teen and still growing then I advice you to go on a Caloric deficit but eat a lot of protein like eggs, paneer, chicken if you're non-vegetarian. Chana , peanuts etc and strength train + cardio. And when you have reached around 12 % you can maintain but since you're growing don't get too lean as you need some fat for good hormones and if your hormones are screwed you'll stay short.

Based on what I measured on myself with the help of a bro, it seems like I've got quite a few numbers in the "perfect" range. With a FWHR ratio of 1.8+ and a lower/full face ratio of 0.62+, it appears that my facial proportions align well with commonly regarded standards of attractiveness. My midface ratio falls between 1.0-1.1, indicating good balance, and my mouth to nose ratio is within the range of 1.5-1.62, suggesting harmony between these features.
Not only that, my chin to philtrum ratio is between 2.0-2.25, which is considered favorable, and my other measurements, like the ESR and EME angle, are within the recommended ranges for symmetry and aesthetics. Additionally, my facial thirds and fifths seem to be well-distributed, contributing to an overall balanced appearance.
Considering these factors, it's reasonable to see myself as an 8/10 in terms of facial attractiveness. Still, all those solely gold digging sl*ts nowadays don't ever let me pass the friendzone. I will start using a special roid to enhance the results of my mewing and I'm gonna inject it right into my jaw at the very back of the muscle for maxxed bio availibility. I also recommend stopping porn, even when it's hentai to increase your T-levels

I'm not overly tall at 5'9", but told I was cute. I've been looksmaxxing since I was 16, I got rid of my acne and chose to grow my hair long, but I feel like I want to be more.
Before 16, I wasn't really popular with girls. I remember trying to ask out one of my crushes and they were repulsed. As a kid, I had braces, glasses, acne, and short hair that I couldn't style, and wore bad clothes. I was cute as a younger kid, but growing up was awkward for me.
When I changed, the way I was treated also changed. People were nicer, girls wanted to talk to me, and I had actual friends.
I stopped listening to my parent's fashion advice, and researched stuff. Lately I've just been insecure of myself because I realized I never took many photos or videos in my teenaged years since I hated how I look.
