- This is a classic recipe that is super easy to make and delicious. Shotgun Red's easy Chicken Salad recipe is made with any leftover chicken and is a family favorite. Chicken Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
4 Cups Cooked Chicken (chopped or shredded)
1 Cup Hard Boiled Eggs (chopped)
1 Cup Sweet Onions (diced)
1 Cup Celery (finely diced)
1 Cup Sweet Pickle Relish
2/3 Cups Mayonnaise
1 Tsp. Parsley
1/4 Tsp. Salt

I love "salads" Tuna salad, egg salad and chicken salad. Awesome recipe. I have always made chicken salad from leftover chicken. Depending on how the chicken was originally cooked just adds to the flavor. No 2 chicken salads may be the same, but it's always delicious.

Love this recipe. Similar to how I've made it for a while. Once I forgot to buy the mayonnaise, ended up using softened jalapeno cream cheese instead. Turned out delicious, and became my "go to" way to make it. Works great for tuna salad, too.
It was meant to be now you have a different ingredient to use accidentally.

I always just boil white and dark boneless skinless chicken with flavorings....then chop and go. Last time I made it I chopped it too fine and I was not happy....until I ate it. It was so good! Looks delicious....will have to check it out!

The very first recipe i ever made of steves was the mcdonalds fries. I still make them lol. Ive also made the pimento cheese blue cheese dressing chipped beef and gravy a few others too. They are all so good.

I use cranberries, celery and sliced almonds in mine. No hard boiled eggs! Also, a bit of ranch dressing and western dressing to the mayonnaise!
