Can't find the cookie recipe
I just placed an order for the bread, tortillas, buns and croissants. They did not accept ketotwins as a valid discount code. You could eat the cookie dough…the reason they say don’t if you use wheat flour is that it can carry E. coli and as you are using almond thats okay…possibly your eggs are risky too, I’m in the uk and ours aren’t, but you can probably get eggs that are safe raw.
That said, I grew up eating cake batter and raw pastry every week, and odd times up to the present pre keto and never had any issues.
Herb texted me when the Hawaiian rolls came out. I checked two hours later and they were sold out. I have tried so many hero things and they’re all really good. And I wear a CGM and have never seen a spike from any of of their products.
What type of CGM do you use? I want one but I’m not technically diabetic so my dr won’t write me a prescription for one. 😢

Ordered the croissant, hotdogs/hamburger bread , white bread and seeded bread and even my non keto husband liked them. Only complaint it took long to receive my order. Wish they sold in local store

Did not go the whole cookie route, but I did warm up a Hero croissant today, split it and melted Lily’s dark chocolate chips on it. Folded it shut for a quick, delicious chocolate croissant. Yum!

I’m trying to be careful with the (keto) treats I eat. My weight loss has stalled. I lost 20 lbs in the first 8 weeks,but the last 3 months I’ve only lost 10 lbs. I’m eating meat and keto approved veggies and I’m sure I’m not even meeting my daily requirement for calories. I DO drink a LOT of sugar-free soda-@ 3 cans a day. That couldn’t do it,right?
Weight loss slowing down is natural, as long as you are losing any weight you aren’t in a plateau. The smaller you get the slower it goes :)

Hey I just tried using tapioca flour by Bob's red mill and I used it in a chaffel with Dubliner cheese and didn't put baking powder in it . Dear Lord! It was so crispy, light and so good. But it's not as good the next day. I'm going to try this recipe with tapioca flour. I'll let you know.😢 So far I like it better than almond powder and it has no carbs.
Tapioca flour? Never heard of it, it's zero carb you say? Do I have to sell a kidney to buy it?
If you use an insulated baking sheet, the cookies don't get dark on the bottom. 😀

We are very intuitive. We eat once a day or twice a day. Back when we started years ago we ate more like 3 times a day. We are pretty relaxed and go day by day

@ketotwins as a kid, we used 2 of the small spoons that we called teaspoons. 1 to scoop dough out of the bowl, and the second was to shape it and scoot it off the other spoon. My mom always told us they should be the size of a walnut still in the shell. The cookie dough scoop just makes the process quicker.
